This video will feature a softer kind of pandesal dough, with three ube pandesal variations -- Ube Cheese Pandesal, Ube Cheese-Halaya Pandesal, and Ube Cheese Bread.
We will also show you how you can have a more stable dough, and minimize shrinkage after baking.
