Great video, awesome books all of them! I love the love for Clean Room, Through the Woods and Tokyo Ghost!I love TG's emotionally charged script that gave us characters that were relatable even though the setting was way out there as far as futuristic sci-fi dystopia goes (Remender writes the coolest characters!!). The detail in Murphy's art also reaches a new high in TG, I swear decades from now, he'll be regarded as one of the greatest artists of this generation!

Wow, Deadly Class is actually my favorite and I think the best Remender title out now. I'm reading it in singles and the new class arc has me in the fetal position...😉
Yeah I really should try vol 2 of Deadly Class, because it sometimes takes a few issues before I really appreciate a series (chew for example took a re-read before I started loving it =).
Yay...new video! Still reading Invincible myself, think I'm on issue #97...great series. Glad you liked Y: The Last Man, one of the all time great comic series imo. Chew and I Hate Fairyland seem really cool...problem is I've got too many comics to read, haha. Saga is also on the top of my reading list, the series brought me back to comics in a big way when it launched. Loved Tokyo Ghost also, shame it had to end...but lets see if they bring it back at some point. One last thing...do not know if you have seen it, but I think you might like the HBO TV show 'Westworld'. Look forward to the next video!

Im a huge horror fan as well. the best horror comic I read last year was Straitjacket from amigo comics. a couple other favs from last year are: Monstess-image comics Squarriors-devils due Paper Girls-image comics Harrow County-dark horse I'll definitely be checking out Through the Woods!
Great best of 2016 video and spoiler free. That is hard to do. Read "Low" vol 1 and "Clean Room" vol 1 and really enjoyed them both. The art in "Low" is so good. "Tokyo Ghost" is my next buy! Thanks for the recommendations!
What a great list! Did you read Lazarus (Greg Rucka/Michael Lark) already? It's my favourite book. I also adore Alex + Ada, Postal, The Beauty, The Wicked + The Divine, Shipwreck...among others. I admit that I have strong feelings for Low and Saga as well (who doesn't?).Thank you for the video. I am looking forward for the next. May we have readings as good in 2017 as we had in 2016.

I think it's great but I also understand that it can break some expectations. Anyway, I'm glad you enjoy the book as well. Did you make a review of it? I adore the way you point out every aspect of the book.

The Sword by The Luna Brothers was good but it was 2008... 4 book series. I mostly read DC comics.
