Ingredients:
For marinade -
Flounder fillets - 2 (250 grams, 1/2 lbs)
1 tsp Oil + 1 tbsp butter
Salt - to taste
Ginger powder. - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
White pepper - 1 tsp
Heat oil and butter in microwave for 30secs, add the dry ingredients and mix
Coat the fish pieces and marinate for 10-15 mins
Lightly grease a cast iron skillet
Drop in the fish fillets
Fry for 2-3 mins for each side on med to high heat
Repeat the same for the other fillet
On a different pan, heat 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter
Saute 2 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tsp green onion
Add 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Lightly fry for 1 min
Switch off flame
Place the fish fillets on plate, garnish with spring onion and pour the sauce over

Hi Farha, used flounder in the video. You can use any fish of your choice (e.g cod, snapper, salmon, tilapia etc)
