I thought I wanted the Bravia 9 until I had them side by side. B9 is the clear winner in a few areas but by slim margins imo. I ultimately went with the B7 and a new sound bar and still spent less than I would have for the B9. I went with the 75" and I do want to say, the "bad viewing angles" comments are severely overblown. This thing is amazing. I'm actually starting to think I should have shelled out for the 85" lol.

Disclaimer I shopped all of these TVs, fell in love with the A95L and the Bravia 9, but ended up buying a 75" X90L for.. $749, which was just too ridiculous of a deal to pass up, and after a month with it, I'm glad I did.
The Bravia 7 is a great TV but you're badly underestimating the X90L. The gap there is small (full array vs mini LED). You still get 120 Hz and the XR processor (which is what you really want). I also think the X90L is already plenty bright. You can get some amazing deals on the X90L too if you shop around.
That said, the Bravia 7 is the sweet spot for price / performance if you cannot find an X90Lmdeal like I did. It's also being discounted pretty well now.
You are right about the A95L - it's also a carryover but it's amazing. The sticker shock though. It's too much. Get a Bravia 7 or 9 instead. The viewing angle criticism is way overblown unless you are in a really wide room.

@@user-jo1zj1vg4v Like he said, it was too good to pass up. The difference was noticeable when I saw the X90L and B7 right next to each other. I believe the price was $1599 vs $1799 respectively for the 75" when I bought mine. I just decided to go with the B7 because the image was noticeably better for me.
If the X90L would have been $749 when I made the purchase then that would have been a different story tho.

I bought an 83 A80L instead of one of the 77 inch oleds. I did not want to pay full price for the A95L. The 83 A80L can brighten a completely dark room and it can still flashbang you going from really dark content to white content. I can't really imagine wanting something brighter in a dark room.

I bought my first OLED last week coming from a 50 inch 60 Hz QLED to the 55 inch Bravia 8 OLED WOW what a difference, I’m a gamer and put it in my game room for my consoles, what a difference 120 Hz OLED makes.
Cons with using it with my soundbar using Digital Audio Out, I need both the HDMI 2.1 ports for my Consoles, PlayStation 5 Pro, everything works amazing.
Xbox series X, as a huge sound lag, not in sync with games I’m playing like shooters…why didn’t Sony put the ARC on a separate port and leave the 2 2.1 ports alone? I have been through the TV settings and console settings and cannot get it to calibrate correctly without the audio lag.

I am watching the tv from 9 ft distance, and although 77” almost makes you forget how great 65” a95l is, I still went with quality over quantity. I'm looking at Sony TV, in not to fuss about crystal clear picture top notch picture quality as most TV picture quality are quite good enought for me, what I am looking for a good android tv . My current android tv is tlc which is shit and slow and I also have an old Sony bravia TV (7 year old) and that also quite slow and sluggish what best value for money , so confused with all these differences type of tv
