With Sony TVs there might be a break in period involved after which TV performance gets a boost. It's something Vincent Teoh alluded to for the OLEDs and I don't know if it applies to the mini-LEDs as well but here's my experience. When I got my 85" X95k last year, for the first month I kept on messing with picture settings because TV just didn't look bright enough to me but after a month I had to tone down all the settings a bit because all of a sudden it was brighter and I couldn't watch it continuously at max brightness.

I'm kinda stuck sitting here trying to decide between this or the XR A95L for the setup I'm going for in my room. Kinda leaning towards the Bravia 9 because it's going to be running off a PC for general use, gaming, and movies/series. Kind of an all in one build and only need one input unless I decide to add a console or something down the road. I still have my concerns with OLED and PC's because of static images, UI elements, and such potentially causing burn in. I've still got a fair bit of time to decide though, as I'll be building out a new PC later on this year to run 4k 120Hz in games and such. (certainly wish Sony would support 144hz..)

Please help make the final decision on what to buy, an OLED TV or Mini LED. No matter what I do I can not take out from my head the idea about the potential pixel-burning issue of OLED technology. Go for OLED if you are only watching movies at night - get the biggest possible screen, maybe but last or 2 years tech as bigger screens will be much cheaper that this year tech. - invest in Sony's quad home theater speakers. If you would watch lots of News channels, during the day with plenty of windows and play videogames like me - get Mini LED. Once Micro-LED TVs will be released - it will be an end to OLEDs

I'm hoping anyone seeing this can help... I'm on my second Bravia 8 77" (purchased through BB). I'm having power on problems after the TV has been turned off for awhile. I have to unplug then plug it back in, wait for a few electric "click" sounds, then the TV will turn on. It will also turn on if it's been turned off for a short period of time (within 5 minutes or so). Seems very strange that two TVs in a row would have exactly the same problem, so I'm wondering if there was a bad batch of TVs (maybe bad power supplies), and I got two TVs from the same batch... PS: I've tried trouble shooting resets, such as power off, hold power button for 30 seconds, wait two minutes then try powering on. I've also tried disconnecting the different inputs, to include my Sony HT-A5000 sound bar connected through HDMI eArc. Unplugging my wired LAN connection, etc... I'm considering a return and purchasing the A80L 77" instead, as I had an older A80J 65" for three years that operated flawlessly.
Damn man,the bass and frequency in the sound just wow,you live in a condo you can forgo a soundbar, and the blacks are quiet oled like and depths that are 3D like.but just the sound wow,i had to check the side view and it is less than 5cm.
If you are in love with oled, this tv isnt for you... If youre tired of a dimmer image and want to get that hdr impact, this tv is undeniably the choice. Down to it, what do you want? Perfect contrast, or a much brighter image? For sdr, oled doesnt compare. I know id prefer to have that overhead with the brightness.and the contrast on the b9 is still excellent

Well if you know about TV TCL the best prices and more features
Felicidades esta buena tu tv y tambien tu esposa saludos desde el artico.
Nice video keep up the good work B the installer
Thxs B and Jen... love your video's
Great video! Is it better than my QN95C Brandon?
nope its not better!
Damn man,the bass and frequency in the sound just wow,you live in a condo you can forgo a soundbar, and the blacks are quiet oled like and depths that are 3D like.but just the sound wow,i had to check the side view and it is less than 5cm.
I have the 75” Beautiful 🤩
Brother tell me? Bravia 9 vs TCL C855 ? Who best
Bravia of course, TCL colors are not as vivid as the Sony's it's night and day when it comes to the two tvs ..TCL uses cheaper parts
Love you bro I allows enjoy your videos love from India
Please send a tv desk link brand name and model number thank you
Is the tv for sale after you reviewed it?..or raffle it to your subscriber😀😀
I am from India,I want to buy a 100 inch tv,which one is best under price
good work!
How bright do people want their screens? My OLED TV always looks bright even when tons of sun is pouring in the room.
@@andyh4464It doesn't when displaying HDR content + your Oled probably loses a lot of detail event with HDR 1000 content
Good review. Thank you,
Replaced my 12 year old 65" Samsung plasma tv with a new 75" Samsung Qled and I like the plasma better.
Sony been using the same Processors in it's TVs 📺 since past 5 years ‼
Top Sensacional
Buyers guide protection screens 🙏 please
I'll always buy sony products no matter how expensive it is cos sony is best of the best
What happened to a flagship TV this year from Sony, we don't have one...
review TCL x955 and Samsung qn900d
Great review guys as usual 👍😎 I love how you guys get along. 🥰 This TV is so awesome 👍😎, but for that expensive price I wonder if a 120" AWOL 3000 would be cheaper and better ❓❓ Maybe a 98" TV too ❓🤔🤔
Bravia 9 king of tv 2024 .best one i saw in my life .pure black and extreme level brightness with IC chip ..i love this tv..best picture quality and awsome sound effect with upfiring speaker..superb..lovely bravia 9 ❤❤❤❤
sweet, it doesn't seem too heavy.
G4 4 Lyfe!
You hold it ill screw...😮
That sounded weird 🤐
Thank you for your informative video
you bought this and didn't get the free install?!
Mini led is the way to go. Oled’s are to dim
Do not like the stand and for this quality I would go with the Hisense.
Thank you for including Jen, she is easy on the eyes and the review, as always you two did a great job. Ready for more Big TV reviews. I wished more reviewers will include their wife to get her feedback. Have a great weekend!🔊🎬🔊
I love a woman who can LIFT!
is she on the way to training every episode?
Что тут скажешь? Шикарно!
Just buy an oled people. No need to mess around with mini led tvs. Oled is crazy bright now.
10:34 Thank you so much for covering this DSE Uniformity part. ❤ Please do cover it in Detail. It's worse issue in LED-LCD TVs than OLED Burn-in ‼
We❤b the installer👍
