My diet advice is simple - plan out one perfect day of eating (based on foods that are healthy, stuff you enjoy, and that fit into your goals at the time of gaining or losing weight), and then simply knock out all the guess work and eat the exact same meals day in and day out for 5-6 days a week. Then switch it up for a day on the weekend when you need it.
