I know these numbers are relative to the individual but damn your autonomic nervous system is so responsive you could probably win a sprint right after waking up from a dead sleep!
@@neoneherefrom5836 I guess that's what 11+ years of working out (5+) days a week and not missing a day gets you? hahaha I'm not the strongest or fastest, but I'm for damn sure consistent
haha I've heard that before! and thank you!! but trust me there are people MUCH crazier than myself - go check out what Courtney Duawalter and some of those people have accomplished. Some people are out here running several hundred miles, which after doing my first 100.....seems so insane
Yeah I'd love to see someone who's a much better ultra marathon runner than myself wear one of these and go for a 21 haha Every race i've seen usually starts at like 4-5am so it would need to start AT midnight and go to midnight no slip ups. Still prob wouldn't hit it

The difference between 19 and 20+ even is insane. 20.5 and up each Tenth is like a 175bpm solid hour
