I love sweet potato apple hash with beef sausage I make I used to use ground turkey (I started my home in 1983 during lowfat era SIGH) but it’s great w/70-30 hamburger! I don’t eat pork or seafood. Pork is super cheap but I just quit buying it awhile ago and rly gave no taste for it anymore. We do eat fish if we can get it YUM

Good question!! Stinging nettle really doesn’t bother me at all 🤷♀️. I’m not sure why that is but you can definitely where gloves when harvesting!
