Valet key won’t allow you to open trunk or gas cap. You need a master key. Put new house battery (left side of trunk) and it will likely cure most lights on dash they’re very sensitive. Hi Randy. I have enjoyed watching your videos for quite a while. Congratulations on your Bentley. The fuel door not working is probably because the switch corroded when the roof was left open in the rain. I'm sure any VAG switch should work to replace it. Easy fix. Maybe check the fuse first?
I had a 2006 VW Phaeton which is on the same platform. I must say that it was probably the finest car I’ve ever driven and I have owned over 150 cars in my lifetime, from Hudsons to Packards and everything in between. That being said I sold it shortly after the air conditioning compressor failed at 45,000 miles or so. It was a $5000 fix in 2016. The dealer said they was the worst job they had ever seen, worse than an engine swap- they had to replace almost everything in the system. That experience put the Fear of God in me so l took my lumps and sold it. I just didn’t trust it after that. Kind of like a few women in my past…….Some of you know what I’m talking about.
I can speak about this one. Usually, if it's cheap that means it hasn't been maintained well. While these cars depreciate, the cost to maintain them does not.
She looks good for the year and mileage. I think i seen this on Instagram Randy. Can’t wait till you take it on a test drive. Randy that was classic going through McDonald’s in a Bentley!

Now you have come full circle congratulations Randy you finally got to the top of exotic cars. A sexy looking car . Like it . 👍

Congrats on your new trophy Bentley! Well deserved.
In 2008 this car had a sticker price (before options) of $193,990. By the way, the car should have a top speed of 202 miles per hour. What a great buy.
