I thought it was only me. I actually got a little choked up. Never knew this happened, but in a world of overplayed cameos, this just does it. I mean - at this point isn't Bill Murray the one celebrity we can all agree on? It's pretty amazing.
well they were all kids when ghostbusters was big so grew up with it,its the childhood. plus the movie has a horror element ( ghosts, posession, cmon) and kind of iconic of films in general.
James Jackson he did everything right. He doenst want to see a great movie franchise like ghostbusters been poorly rebooted just to squeeze somemore money out of it, like they did with other franchises. And im sure..if they do another ghostbusters movie, it will suck balls.
In 2010, Harold Ramis was already sick (he first got ill in May of 2009) with the vasculitus that would kill him. Bill didn't talk to Harold for decades after their falling out on the set of Groundhog Day, but who knows, maybe his Ghostbusters appearance here was his strange way of telling his sick friend that he remembered. Nah, that's probably my imagination.
Vincent Vega Dear Vincent, when I met Pascal Wollwert, a belgian freelance scriptwriter for the first time, I thought that his guy was crazy. He told to me his project, He explained me few details about his version. After, my second thought, Pascal wasn't crazy. He disappointed to see a lot of remakes, and He decided to write another vision of Ghostbusters based on the original story written by Dan Aykroyd. For me, it's a kind of remake, but not totally a remake. I can't explain but I'm sure that you're wouldn't be disappointed.
Ghostbusters was just pure magic, I still can't understand how they managed to balance so well the talents of Murray, Aykroyd, Ramis, Moranis and Weaver together. Of course it takes a good director and a lot of luck to do so. A fine comedy that breaths well even under the weight of its many vfx, visually and cheerfully striking.
So Ernie Hudson is not going to get mentioned in this? He was definitely a part of this as well why do people never mention Ernie Hudson??? His character Winston Zeddemore is Iconic just like the other ones are
Ah, no it wasn't and I'm not being biased either. It was genuinely not a funny movie at all considering they had a cast that should have made it amazing. I wanted it to be great because I love the franchise but I'm not going to say a movie is good just because so many people hoped it would fail. It failed because it was bad and unfortunately all those nay-sayers got what they wanted.
He so wants to suit up, he makes you feel like 3 will never happen but in the back of his mind hes loving that applause. There is NO movie like Ghostbusters. It's so unique I've never seen something with such an awesome concept.
