Wow! This is so insightful. I now understand what my relative who recently migrated to the US meant when he said he bought his own house, and even has a tenant and is earning rental income. All that makes sense now after watching this! Being God led, unity of purpose, putting in the work, making the required sacrifices to accomplish a goal, seeking wise counsel, are all key take home points for me here. I really enjoyed your conversation and gestures in this video and the blooper at the end was adorable! Finally, there's something in this video that has spoken to me tonight. Tolu mentioned that the realtor had told you guys that "when you see the house that will become your own, you will know". This has spoken to me as both a reminder and an encouragement, that I shouldn't be discouraged or bow into pressure in this searching phase of what I'm seeking for, 'cos "I'll know mine when I see it". Absolutely 💯! Once they are able to save up for downpayment and all necessary fees. Please keep in mind that survival jobs do not necessarily mean low income.
