I love Command and Conquer - and Generals especially - quotes, but I have to admit, the ECA has my favourite quotes of all time. They are just the right amount of corny, funny and culturally diverse that they always crack me up. Also the voice acting by itself is just incredible.

It's baffling to me, how well made and polished everything is in this, and the things they could achieve with Generals' egnine. I think the supreme texture and effects work is what truly separates ROTR from the rest. I mean, I do like Contra and Generals 2. But they are just not nearly as well put together.
