Wow! So lucky to find your video! Since I'm going to visit Ko Samed again, this time exactly that hotel and even the same type of the room. Only one thing makes me alert... I'm afraid the service won't be proper. Have you really been waiting for 4 hours to get your room ?!
Or maybe you came about 10 a.m. and the check in was at 2 p.m.?

Thank you for the lovely comment, yes we did arrive very early, and that room was occupied so we had to wait until it's free. The service is really good and the staff were lovely, we were very happy with our choice.
