In the video, Adele is represented internally battling between the impulse to commit those sins and not to do so, and her decision to fall into temptation represented with the final scene in which she eats the apple, alluding to the biblical story of Eve's disobedience to God by eating the forbidden fruit.
The forbidden fruit has always represented knowledge, and thus freedom. I wouldn't hesitate to take a bite, as being yourself out-weights all the sins in the world. (those of which are determined by society and those around you)
