I was expecting a disassemble to see what is actually under that heat sink. And those temps might be from cheap Chinese thermal paste and the fans were turned up to compensate. Or surprisingly it could be missing thermal pads. Take it apart for us all to see.
I did take it apart, I just wasn't sure it would fit in the video. The Thermal pads make good contact, and I am about to test with different thermal paste.

If it proves popular, maybe different designs will become more common among other companies as well (not necessarily anime, just something that's not the same design they've used across generations).

Imagine if board partners allow custom GPU fan covers or backplate designs in the near future? They will have a "customize" tab that allows you to select any picture you want to put on your GPU. That would be incredible profit for them. 👍
