Hello Anne another Gorgeous Home Tour. I can't wait for the Christmas home tour. Thank you for taking us along for this Amazing Home Tour. So until next time God Bless you and your family and have a Blessed Weekend and Stay Safe my dear Friend. 😊💚😊💚😊💚😊
Anne, please tell Patty her vases from her aunt are Roseville pottery made in Ohio. Popular around the 40s and 50s. The pattern is Roseville cornucopia vase in freesia pattern. Very collectible and in pairs extremely desirable. Thanks Patty for a beautiful tour!
Ann! I so enjoy your utube channel & your friends. The tours are so pleasant & enjoyable to watch & gather ideas from -- thanks for the work you do to bring the videos to us. This granny flat/in law apartment is put together so beautifully.
This little house is really nice and so well done with the repeat of black. No one could say it’s dark, just warm & cozy. Would love to know where she got her chandelier. It matches perfectly two fixtures I’ve purchased so far for my remodel and it would look great in my dining room.
I love every little bit. However, I was expecting a small apt! Or even hime. Our home-we downsized to is 972sq ft. Patty’s house is fantastic, exceptional but wow not an in law place in my eyes, I would love to have that much room! Not lots but like goldilocks just right!💜
I have a feeling that the square footage isn't as much as you think it is - I should ask her. I think it was the use of space that made it appear larger than it actually is. Now you've got me curious.
@@AnneClay I would love to know. Much bigger than ours as our kitchen living room total is 17x14. I have a lazyboy, love seat, a round kitchen table leaves down and a hutch a small tv stand thats it. I so am still after 2 yrs having such a hard time getting it country. First house i had problem. And it’s not beight so prim makes me nervous as i need light not dark.lol. I loved it all and the Christmas tour will be so neat!
I love that color she used on the cabinet and chairs. I just purchased black kettle chalk finish yesterday to paint an older hutch I bought. I have already started painting it and I'm super excited.
I use to have a smaller scake of the girl over the bed in a gold frame i got when i sold avon it was mainly just her most of the background wasn't in it it was a long skinny frame . I loved it lost it in storage
Absolutely beautiful now I really want to down size and also I have the same phone and my 17 yr old grandson said grandma how do you know who's calling 😆
Very beautiful. Not what I expected for an apartment! So spacious & airy & with "stuff". It's so hard to give up things collected over the years. Thanks for the lovely tour.
Patty has a beautiful home… she’s not the lady who helped us when we visited Lani’s store. But I do remember that Lani said she would see if she could talk her helpers into doing a tour of their homes. This was a treat, and I’m looking forward to seeing if the other ladies do one of their homes. Thanks Anne, always a joy to see another new video!
Thanks Anne and Patty. Love the kitchen and that bathroom is just adorable! Everything looks so wonderful. Can't wait to see Christmas decorations! Keep on keepin' on!
I absolutely loved this and her decorating style! I would love to have all primitive too but with hubby..not so much! So my place is a mix of country and prim and traditional. This us a perfect blend if styles and she did it seamlessly too!
Beautifully decorated. I'm so glad you showed how to decorate smaller apartments, since I will be selling my home in the coming years and moving to a smaller apartment. Nice to see what I can look forward to.
Patti has a beautiful home & garden. I love her mix of primitive pieces & sentimental things and antiques. I also loved the artwork especially the picture of New York.
Thank You Patty and Anne, I so enjoyed this tour! What a beautiful home and so many wonderful ideas! I sure wouldn't mind retiring to a home like this!!! Can't wait to see it at Christmas!
What a great home and beautiful big space - it certainly is nothing like the British equivalent (we call them Granny flats). But then our homes here in England tend to be a lot smaller all round. Enjoying your videos, thank you!
They don’t have a website to shop off of. You’ll have to call them and describe the bedspread and they’ll know what it is abs if they can get it. If they can they can ship it to you!
What WERE the strange green tulip (??) items in the cabinet right after you get into the house? She said they belonged to an aunt? I would look it up but have no idea how to describe it. TY
Those look like vases from an Ohio pottery company called Roseville. That pottery was very popular in the 40s and 50s and very collectible. Having a pair makes them even more desirable. The pattern is Roseville cornucopia vase in freesia pattern and they sell anywhere from 50 to 150 each. Hope this helps.
Hello, I think that the sticks are what we would call a drop spindle, used for spinning wool by hand. I love all of the primitive decor, we can’t really get it over here though.

Wow I love everything you did in your house 🏠so nice
Thank you!

A beautiful home! Thanks for sharing. Those "knitting needles" are drop spindles for plying yarn to knit with.
So beautiful! I love the light wall color which makes the rooms bright and the cabinets and decor make it so cozy! Thanks Ladies!

What a great home and beautiful big space - it certainly is nothing like the British equivalent (we call them Granny flats). But then our homes here in England tend to be a lot smaller all round. Enjoying your videos, thank you!
Granny Flats - I love that term - such fun - yes, some of us are very used to large spaces in the states.

Doris Duke was not a Vanderbilt. She was a heiress and had her own mansion in Newport RI called Rough Point .
Anne! Where can I buy bedding similar/same as that???
Try Country Bumpkins of Mendon Paula. That's where she got the bedspread. The rest was custom designed.
@@AnneClay Thank you! Hopefully I can shop online.
They don’t have a website to shop off of. You’ll have to call them and describe the bedspread and they’ll know what it is abs if they can get it. If they can they can ship it to you!
@@AnneClay Thank you!!
What WERE the strange green tulip (??) items in the cabinet right after you get into the house? She said they belonged to an aunt? I would look it up but have no idea how to describe it. TY
I don’t know. Maybe if you zoom in on that one scene you can read the base. Some kind of vase.
@@AnneClay oh thank you. Knowing it's a vase helps narrow it down. TY for replying!! 🌺🌷💐
I don’t know what I love more, these gorgeous homes or your responses to the decor. We are all kids in a candy store!!! Such a fun video!!! XO
Thank you so much!!
❤❤❤
Not knitting needles...they are spindles
Hello, I think that the sticks are what we would call a drop spindle, used for spinning wool by hand. I love all of the primitive decor, we can’t really get it over here though.
Oh wow - drop spindle - thanks for that info!!
Those wooden items aren’t knitting needles, they are drop spindles for hand spinning wool into yarn.
Las banderas en decoración, nada tienen que ver con el buen gusto y armonias de las cosas.
We need a new decorating name, "Eclectic ________". My style is eclectic also
So many are eclectic - because there are too many cool designs to go with and we tend to accumulate through the years and dont' want to disgard and start again. :)
