Chad Craci does a fabulous presentation. Stays on point, speaks clearly and graciously tells us about his finds and his process for maintaining and refurbishing those finds. Totally love the Asian accents and the animal prints.

I love your home. Also, you thrift too. I love the abstract painting. I normally do not like abstract but that is a cool painting it pops at you and looks like it has dept. You are great interior designer. Its elegant, but relaxing. Everything just blends effortlessly looking together. I also love things have a story for things in your house.
I used a deep green gloss paint on a room in Ohio and now In Maryland, I did it again! I love the way the light dances against the walls! Love what you have done in your home to reflect items you love.
I remember asking my Gran for one of her antique tables when I was 10! Love the sentimentality of his home!
Loved this tour. And his sensibility- pulling drapes out of a dumpster, thrift shops, on the street…. Treasures can be found anywhere…. Just keep your eyes open ….great tip on the marble, soap stone remnants ….I will be doing that… thanks for the brilliant tip!

The Chinese silk piece is fabulous and should be absolutely researched. Love the way the owner has mixed different styles especially using large paintings to give his home a very sophisticated European look. Sitting areas are well planned and comfortable. Every piece is well put together complimenting wall decor, lighting with different period furniture. His kitchen shows a lot of Italian flair. Just love his place.
The drapery fabric he found in a dumpster 25 years ago are magnificent. I would have also climb in and pulled them out. And, yes they would still be somewhere in my house; forever!
I truly LOVE these longer tours. It's relaxing, inspiring, and very detailed and I'm here for every single minute! This home is gorgeous and I'm in love with the powder room and library!!!!

Love the powder room! I actually painted mine a deep navy color with collected fan corals from our travels mounted in shadow boxes. My husband wasn’t too sure but when it was done he loved it. You are right it is the most visited space when having guests so why not up your game. Thank you for inspiring others to be creative!

Beautiful home for a beautiful gentleman. My only wish was that he had also shown the guest bedroom as well as his main bathroom. I bet his main bathroom is just as fabulous as the powder room. I just adore the way he decorated it with the lacquered green paint, the artwork and that bust in the corner.

I had a bunch of landscape a paintings I didn’t know what to do with and his powder room was so inspiring 😍 literally right after watching the video I went and hung them in the bathroom it like a mini art gallery in there now ☺️

Chad Graci is very amicable, warm, a dapper Dan with his style of dressing and understated elegance and casualness about him, a sensibility about him and his loved ones, his knowledge about the places and things that made an impact while a student in Rome, Italy. He also shared with us that he is Italian from Sicily. His home is small yet it does not feel small or cluttered. All the colors, accesories, objects, pieces of art, curtains, bedding, lamps all work in harmony. He is just a unique top interior designer. All the best. Happy Autumn/Fall 2024.

Oh that elephant table - just stunning. Love the art collection slash gallery walls. I totally agree, a bit of black and an animal print here and there always work. Loved the art wall with the old China cabinet in the kitchen. That gem of a powder room is fun too. It does look like it might feel a bit cramped and stuffed to the gills - but it is all well-loved and enjoyed and like he said this is where he experiments with his design ideas too. Overall I loved his place and his style. Great tour! THX!

My favorite piece in the whole home is the black lacquered desk! It seems if one lives in New Orleans one must have this piece! I love the animal prints’ subtlety. They sneak up on you. Two French doors! I could live here!

Thank you for sharing the design tips of your exquisite home. It’s very endearing to hear how almost everything is so meaningful and personal.. such great taste.. I am a bit claustrophobic so the first part of the house, although very beautiful makes me feel very closed in because you can’t get a sense of the outside world.. but as you move towards the kitchen it gets a bit lighter and brighter which makes me feel more comfortable.. but that’s just my issue. I absolutely love his gorgeously curated, and even functionally well engineered, home. He has created a space that is not only beautiful, but - interesting - and I mean that in a good way. So many homes, even if they’re designed, they become boring so quickly **. What he created is a space that I feel I could spend a week in, and the next day “discover” something special I hadn’t noticed before. I feel you could stand back and appreciate each room in its entirety, then look more closely at any area and discover more to reflect on. The “energy” he gives the spaces, through his beautiful use of color, and color placement (love the bookshelves) light, space, function, art, layout, and even the sentimental pieces with stories.
** How many design channels have we watched - like House and Home - where the designers blather on and on and on about one of the few things they did in an otherwise white / gray / black / wood floor / plant room. It’s like they keep trying to talk up the little that was done, and was likely overpaid for, because they were paid a lot, and they want their clients to feel like everyone else watching thinks they got something special. I hope that’s not catty. As a regular person who watches TH-cam, with no ulterior motive, that’s how I see that. By contrast, Chad, like so many of the genuinely talented designers on this channel are so fun, interesting. -- and truly inspiring -- to watch. I feel like I want to paint and go shopping now. Lol

I think the colour Churlish green is a good way of expressing the functionality of hues and their moods lovely house very well presented lot's of ideas not sure about the oystershell chandelier in your powder room but it did look fantastic
