Reason for this: 1.Not cleaning you're console 2.Not putting your console in a clean/open area 3.Not changing thermal paste 4.it blows hot air from behind and if it's behind is way too close to the wall then the air would be getting back into the ps4 5.having way too many accounts 6.having way too many friends that would put pressure on the ssd 7.having way too many saved masseges 8.its not in a wide open area where there are no walls blocking the air flow 9.its not a in cold area You're welcome 😊

Clean your ps4pro, change thermal paste, make sure tight the screw which is upper part of the cpu,where processor touch the heat sink and spread heat. This procedure work in my case.
99% of everybody's overheating problems are due to exactly that. 10 years of dust buildup clogging the heat exchanger and fan.. crusty dried thermal paste and pads. This kind of maintenance will make almost every Playstation run like new again
Its funny how when it nears full speed, the vibration kicks in just like when the jet engines on commercial planes go full power and the fan blades at the front go supersonic.
I recommend that you replace the thermal paste and do not turn it on again for the time being until it is renewed as it can really cause damage Of course, clean it completely;)
I opened a duct at the top of mine and put a 12 mm PC exhaust fan. It solved the problem, because now simply all the hot air generated is going up and out of the console at high speed. The PC fan is super quiet and the PS4 cooler is now working at least.

My ps4 did this when I bought it from some kid. Turns out he took it apart to clean the heat sink but didn’t reapply new thermal paste. So I took it apart today after ordering a torx screwdriver set. Missing screws, screws in the wrong place, screws that didn’t even belong in the console at all as far as I could tell. But then I finally got to the source of the problem. Thermal paste was all over everything except the heat spreader. 😂 oh well… for now it seems to be working as intended.
