The best duo ever. Steve has a beautiful voice. And Eydie, truly one of the best female singers of the 20 th Century. Love you and miss you. Steve, stay strong. The best of the best. There will not be another duo like Steve and Eydie. They are the best. So many great memories. Especially, Westbury Music Fair.
Steve and Eydie were both consumate performers and entertainers, but I think what endeared them to their loyal audiences (beyond the wonderful singing voices), was the obvious love and joy they shared onstage...you cant really fake something like that...the audience knew they were seeing a true love story play out over all the decades as they performed year after year....
I have always enjoyed watching Steve and Eydie perform together. They showed alot of class, working together and being husband and wife. They were the best. RIP Eydie and Steve my prayers are with you. 🙏🌟 From a long time Canadian fan. 🇨🇦🎶🇨🇦🎶
Two of the best voices of a generation and the truest love story EVER!!! Pure magic - thanks for sharing your love and talent with all us, Steve & Eydie!
I have loved this man for so many years. Always and forever............"Portrait of My Love," "Pretty Blue Eyes," "Footsteps" and all. I am sorry of Eydie's death. Bless her. I wish I could have seen Steve sing alone in Las Vegas...and never leave him.
Eydie Gorme will live on in song. She had the ability to interpret the words she sang and her music cheers her fans and listening audience. I like so many of her adoring fans miss her greatly. I first listened to Eydie at age 5 and 45 years later listen to and appreciate her music.

& New Jersey, Frankie (Joseph Lisbona) Randall was also a great singer & part of Sinatra's Palm Springs goomba's Party group for years & 'Frankie Randall used to play piano & sing at Jilly Rizzo's Manhattan Piano Bar & Saloon on W 52nd Street in Manhattan & both Steve Lawrence & Frankie Randall recorded the theme song, "Bewitched" for the popular ABC TV series
I adore them. Born to sing.they love it. Classy talent. This is tricky medley as they both have 3 seconds to be in right keys! Let alone words and tight entrances. Lovelyvstylish tribute.
Priceless. A style of music and singing that has passed from the popular culture, but it is a treasure we should never forget. Steve and Eydie were among the best of them, and an homage to Frank like no other. Thanks for posting!

I'm so thankful for TH-cam and people who share the good stuff. I can't write because I'm listening. How can anyone seriously want to listen to the guttural singers of the past thirty or so years? They don't know what they're missing.
Yes , these type of posts are treasures . Never thought I would hear many of my favorites ever again . Now I can watch & listen to Mahalia Jackson to Mother Maybelle Carter to Judy Garland .

A wonderful medley, thanks for posting. I was lucky to see Steve & Eydie perform twice. In 1990 I saw their Las Vegas show and then a few years later they supported Frank Sinatra in Melbourne. Great memories!
Eydie recorded a marvelous rendition of ''One for My Baby'' on her 1959 ''On Stage'' album. To take advantage of some impressive acoustics that album was recorded in the newly built Convention Center in Las Vegas without an audience. jtk
What s great performance!!. They were great. Both had beautiful voices. Miss them. One of the best husband and wife. Louie Prima and Keeley Smith were also the best. RIP ALL 4 OF U. WISH U WERE ALL HERE. Bravo. .🥰😞💖👏👏👏👏👏
Steve and Eydie. What can one say? Incredible singing talent, and a love that lasted until Eydie passed away (1957-2013). As most of you do, I think that Miss Gorme did not get enough credit for her incredible voice. She was in the running to be Fanny Brice in the stage production of "Funny Girl." I wonder what would have happened if she got the part? Things would have been different, that's for sure.
What a great couple and so musically talented! I always look forward to seeing them on the shows like Ed Sullivan, Steve Allen that was the decades of real entertainers
Working in Atlantic City I was fortunate to see these guys perform literally dozens of times. I was a young guy in my early 30's when I first saw them.. and just fell in love with them. They truly knew how to entertain a crowd. So professional and classy. I even had several pieces autographed by them. What great memories. Wow.
It's amazing that these 2 people both with exquisite, entertaining voices and personalities got together. This generation missed them! Too bad. I wish my voice was great, but you can't pay for something like that. You've either got it or don't. SO enjoyed them! I can't believe they are gone.
What a treat! Here's to Steve and Eydie being together again❤💙
Steve and Eydie are reunited. 3/7/2024.
May your memories be blessings. And your songs will live forever.
RIP to two of the greatest entertainers in the world! ❤
Rest in peace and mellifluity, Steve Lawreence (1935~2024) ... dulce to duet through eternity with wonderful chanteuse wife Eydie.
❤❤❤ Steve and Eydie.
Such a classy couple with style, great voices and charisma. Sorely missed...both of you.
The best male/female singing duo.
Two of America's greatest pop singers. Love them! What a beautiful husband and wife they were!
The best duo ever. Steve has a beautiful voice.
And Eydie, truly one of the best female singers of the 20 th Century. Love you and miss you.

Wonderful comment-agreed the JOY they had and gave us.
I'm happy to have lived in their generation when we had such great music and performers like them.
There's a reason why Sinatra willed his orchestrations to Steve...he was the perfect recipient. As for Eydie...I've always adored her.

Beautiful music and great singers .Miss singers like them .That was real entertainment !!
Wow.
Wonderful! So Great! Perfect Entertainment! Wow...
Loved them!!!
WONDERFUL EYDIE AND STEVE
It's amazing that these 2 people both with exquisite, entertaining voices and personalities got together. This generation missed them! Too bad. I wish my voice was great, but you can't pay for something like that. You've either got it or don't. SO enjoyed them! I can't believe they are gone.
My all time favorites!! Glad I saw them in person a couple of times.
This is great. Do you have any more? You could see how much they adore one another. Especially Steve always looking at her when she sang.
Magnifico medley! Grande orchestra!
I so wish I had seen them live!! What fantastic entertainers! ❤️
Just found out that Eydie was 6+ years older than Steve....cradle robber!!! ha!! God, I loved these two...so much TALENT!!!
What's the diff? Their Love and talents are what matters! I look up everything I can about the two of them!
Would you call a husband who was six years older than his wife a cradle robber?
