- She was SHOCKED when I came home and shared we were going to be doing this! I couldn't help but invest some money into some of this so we could continue to pay it forward by helping those in need. It's critical we have a place to store it but also important we have the flexibility depending on the property we are going to makeover. What do you think we should do with the Extra equipment? Let us know in the comments below!

Do you need my address for shipping purposes? lol I can't wait to see your newer, larger Kubota and Flail going at some ridiculous brush and trees!
Love all the equipment it will come in very handy. Great revenue if you decide to rent it just remember that no one will take care of it like you do. But, of course, we all take chances best of luck to you and your family. Blessings
We have a couple contacts who do this out of state, been talking to them a little bit
LOL
Thanks Gloria, good feedback my friend
God bless you wife. She must be a strong woman to let you be so adventurous. Renting good idea. Hope all goes well.
She is amazing
Barn looks great! I think you should put pavers between the buildings. Renting out your old equipment is a great idea 💡! I've followed your site for a couple of years. Love the videos. Your boys are growing up fast. You're setting a great example for them. Keep up the great work! May God continue to bless you and your family!😊
Thanks Jennifer for the continued support!
Congrats on the new equipment. I would be worried about renting equipment. Seems like people don’t respect what’s not theirs. Thanks for sharing.
Great point
Yes rent out to help pay off debt.
Thank you for helping those who cant do it them self
Appreciate your support my friend
You and your family deserve the best of everything. God bless you
I'm blessed to be able to do what i've down, just need to pay it forward
COMMENTING & LIKING ALL THE COMMENTS*!!! This is such a great way to help out those we follow & it doesn't cost you anything but a few minutes of your time. Anyone can get credit for 90 days back, so get to liking & commenting & sharing!!
Amen, thanks for supporting
Wow! Men do like their toys! You do large yards and wooded areas. I've heard you say, "If I had." Now you do. You enjoy what you do, and your family is behind you. I'm happy for you. I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. I bet the boys are happy, too.
Appreciate you
Man I'm jealous, that's a real nice barn and I like your truck too...since you finally washed it. I also like all the equipment you bought, that's gonna make your jobs more quicker and efficient. As far as renting out your equipment from time to time, that's a good idea and can definitely help you pay off your loan but I would really make sure you have some safeguards in place for mishaps like damaged equipment or someone not returning your equipment or flat out stealing it. Anyway, looking forward to seeing everything in action in the future. 😎👍
So far I like what you say the best. You address all my concerns also. I would hate to see the equipment to be damaged beyond repair or even worse stolen and sold on the black market. I know that Jesus is watching over you. Ask Him. He knows. Love your work and your heart. Texas
I just joined your channel to try and help you pay it forward I'm a widow and have been blessed by my community with help and blessings thank you for your wonderful work ❤
Thank you so much for being here my friend, we are blessed to continue to help folks and i hope we can for a long time to come!
Gravely makes a great product. Should last for years. The barn is very nice.
Thanks Libby, I was hesistant on the Gravely
Great Video Outdoors With Erik as always. Much appreciation for your videos.😊
Appreciate you!
Wow you have a big place.Your son probably has fun.Wishing the best for you.
Thanks m friend
Congratulations Erik!🎉🎈🎊🤩 Love your new barn,& equipment. Renting out some of your equipment is a good idea. Finding responsible people is the question. Wishing you all the 🍀 luck.💯🫶🏾💜✝️🙏🏾🇺🇸
Thanks for the support
That's awesome brother. You are going to help so many people! Love it!
Thanks brother!
Consider the drainage between the two buildings that is important. Just depends on how you will use the space between the two buildings. Regardless the drainage situation is important.
It would probably be a headache between the two lol
Hello Erik!! You got what you need to get the job one. Congratulations on purchasing all that equipment. I feel it is for a good cause. The Lord knows your hearth. He blessed you with it. I believe he will help you pay for all of it. Keep doing what you are doing and the Lord will see you through it all. Take care Mr Erik. I’ll see you on the next video. ❤😊
Erik, That is some sweet equipment!. Now you need to set up the barn. Nice big work bench, tool box, compressor and a nice pressure washer to keep it all clean. I would be inclined to rent to businesses instead of individuals. They might be more respectful of the equipment knowing the costs. As you say, the good Lord will watch over you for all the good work you do.
Amen my friend! Completely agree!
I agree with renting to businesses
Same here , sounds safer to me too !
Great new equipment and a beautiful home for them. I can't wait to see what you can do with the bigger, better gear.
Thanks my friend
Awesome upgrades Erik! May you and your family be blessed for all you do to help others!
I'm hoping to help more and more each year!
God bless you and your family for going out on a limb. He’s going to take care of you and your family because you’re always helping somebody else out. God bless you and y’all take care.
WOW!! Love all the new equipment!! Y’all are very blessed to have all of it!! Renting out would be great, make sure to get contracts signed.
Amen, blessed to have it!
HOLD ON TO YOUR SEAT.!!! BIG THINGS ARE COMING YOUR WAY, BIGGER TOYS MEANS BIGGER PROJECTS.!!! WAY TO GO.!!!
No bigger projects lol
HAPPY SUNDAY Erik🎉🎉
Great to see you!
I thank you Eric watching your videos you such a blessing to many … I’m from Michigan too …I’ll have to let you know if I need any help … I’m in Lansing… I love watching you videos as I am laid up after surgery .. may you always be blessed ..
Congratulations on all the new equipment & trailer
Thanks for the support my friend
Your barn looks great. If you rent your forestry mulchers out you may want to have a claus the renter is responsible for broken teeth. I work for a rental company and renters can tear up anything. And they think it’s the rental company problem when they destroy a machine. Good luck my friend
Thanks brother, how much should I rent it for the week
The rental shop I work at doesn’t have any forestry mulchers for the reasons of the damages that can be done to them and the cost we would have to charge. The teeth are very expensive for them and renters are hard enough to deal with when it comes to fees. Equipment rental is a good business but the forestry mulchers is a machine I would look at maybe very carefully. There are a lot of landscaping companies who do mulching and we send them there. Good luck brother
Wow! You are ready for any situation now. The new barn is awesome and a great place for all your new toys. Wish you well on the rental idea. Just make sure you have some kind of legal document they sign. Lot's of renters don't take care of the equipment the same way you do. Would hate to see you being taken advantage of, but if you know the folks well then it shouldn't be a problem. Good luck with the new season ahead!
The barn looks great. Having the right equipment make such a difference to how well you do and the amount of work you do. Sounds like an awesome investment.
Renting equipment is always a risk. Good luck.
Good call, thank you!
Wow what a big garage very nice.
Thanks my friend
Glad to see you saved the old barn. Miss Fridays nights live you and family. Love Dan the man from PA ❤👍👍👍
The landscaping company that I had worked for rented out some of their equipment to other landscaping companies. It's a good way to bring in extra revenue. I can't wait to see that new equipment in use.
This is a great idea! Thanks for the recommendation
I always say, you may as well get what you need. ❤🎉good for you
Thanks for the support
Need to start your own mowing and landscaping business to help with the money great video Eric ❤
I don't have enough Erik's lol
That barn is awesome!! Sure looks nice!!
Thanks my friend, blessed to help folks
Brings value to your property including the Pole Barn to your property 😊
That’s risky renting out the equipment, in doing so your putting more hours on machinery on the clock.
Perhaps rent you and machine on weekends, that will help paying for the free lawn work.😊
LOL, I don't have enough time lol
Well you put your money to great use! I'm waiting to see a newer pickup to pull the trailer.
It was in the video:)
Erik be real careful with who you let rent your equipment! People seems to not care about how they use others equipment! Over loading and jobs too big for the equipment! Out of sight and you know not how your equipment is being abused by others! Good to see you grow in being able to help those that are struggling and deserves help!
That is good feedback
Beautiful equipment..and barns..have fun using them!!
Thanks my friend
Nice equipment and garage nice that you can help folks
Thanks my friend
Proud of you on how far you've grown in your path.
You're going all in and I believe you'll always be able to get customers 😊. I mean who wouldn't want you to take care of their property for FREE. Good luck and best wishes to you and yours. You have 2 hard working young men and some friends to get the jobs done 👍
WOW 🤩 WOW ! Eric those are some really nice machines. Love the barnes and the colors are banging ! You do a great service for people that are less fortunate and hopefully they can pay it forward like you do. 💪👍👏🏼☺️ I look forward to more great videos especially with the beast.
Thank you Cindy!!
Eric you are such a wonderful, kind hearted person I have ever seen. Your big mower is amazing and does so much more work
The new barn is really big to house all your new equipment!!! Nice setup!!! I think pouring concrete between the buildings is a good idea. Of course, the other option would be to gravel it to save money. Renting out your machinery is risky. I can't wait to see your new machines in action! 😊
Thanks for the support Sue, always enjoy hearing from you!
Beautiful barn, great job Erik
Well you're going to have fun.
Life is to short not to
Very cool, dude. I hope you're doing well financially, because this that's a looooot of money. 👍
We are blessed but I have a mission to help as many as we can
I would plant grass and put some flower bushes around there like lilac bushes would be nice in that property
That is a good idea
Erik you did great! Gravel or concrete between building will prevent a muddy mess and reduce your frustrations. Happy Growth.😊
Yes those big rocks first and then gravel to fill in the gaps.
People don't care it's not there's they will nit take care of them.
Love the new shop and color❤
Thanks Barbara!
I use the 250 60" sit down Gravely and love it
That is good to hear!!
Nice equipment
Thanks brother!
Nice setup! Maybe, between the barns, you could add a concrete pad for power washing all your equipment (and cars).
That is a good idea too
Yes but those lava rocks would be good for that too,and it'd just drain into the earth.
I always watch your videos and love your content but haven’t commented so I just had to say something about this one , this new barn is spectacular and I love the color. All that new equipment is awesome and with your generous work you do for everyone is so kind. Thank you for your service although I’m very far away and just watch your videos I appreciate what you do out of the kindness of your heart. Boy do I get mad when people are rude to you, I could climb through the tv and punch some of those knuckleheads 😂 but I’m a old lady and couldn’t even hurt anyone except myself trying 😂. Sure wish someone in my area was going around helping people out in my area 🤷🏼♀️
God Bless you and your family Erik ❤
Wow that's a awesome barn nice and big to hold alot of equipment and your vehicles
Thanks for the support Jeff
Love the barn ,equipment and the videos. Becareful who you rent to.
Impressive barn and equipment !
Thanks my friend!
Wow everything is looking beautiful. I agree that concrete should go between both garages in the front that you are considering planting grass you will be happy in the end. GREAT job for sure.
Congratulations Eric 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸 Some nice equipment and a nice place to keep it all 👍
Hi Erik
Great looking barn.
I believe you should put some type of hard surface between the barns.
Yes, rent out at least the older equipment I agree (as you kept mentioning) that the equipment will allow you be able to bless more people faster.
God will reward your step of faith and bless you with the ability to pay it off sooner than you can imagine.
Wishing you the best of success in this matter.
Appreciate your kind words
Wow! Look beautiful and I love the barn’s color.
Waoo lm so happy for you.🥰 everything is beautiful 👍👏👏
Thanks for the support, just blessed to help some folks
Nice barn , wow on the equipment !!
I would do some sort of rocks between the 2 barns, as far as renting your equipment, usually the price at the rental places have their rental fee at those prices is so that it helps the cost of maintenance and labor so as it's good to have a good price but also to put x amount of money to the side for the cost of maintenance anyways great buys and good luck !
Looks great!
Very nice building and equipment Erik
Praying for you wisdom! Enjoyed from Texas!
Eric you got some nice new equipment. I wouldn't rent it out because then you'd have to get insurance in case they should break it you'd be on the hook to have it fixed so I wouldn't rent it out. Love that equipment Barn too
Thanks for the recommendation!!
God bless you as you expand and spread out to do more good for everyone! He'll take care of you if your faithful to him! 💕👍🙏
Appreciate you
Erik's got the MACHINES!! 🎉
Thanks for the support
"I shoulda' stopped here, but I didn't." ~ any man. 🤣
LOLOL
WOW 😳😳😳 This is awesome!!!! Last time i saw your barn it was red. They are amazing and you shouldn't have problems with people getting into your barns.
Thanks my friend
Concrete would be better on the side. It will workout best in the end unless you will be tracking in the dirt into the Clean Areas.
Thanks, I agree!
Erik, when you follow your heart you are following Gods urging. We are creatures with free will, God doesn’t tell us to do anything. If we choose not to do what our heart tells us to do, we are going against God’s urging. It may be full of challenges, but you will never be sorry. 🤗🤗🤗 ~Becka
PS Don’t forget to put renters insurance on anything you rent out.
Thanks Bob!
I think you need to do concrete between both barns and wherever there is the muddy mess. kudos to you work smarter not harder!
Thanks for the support my friend!!!
One thing for certain you aren’t afraid to get equipment to help get the job done. Now that’s a real commitment to helping others. I agree time is money, efficiency is king. As for renting equipment out, I don’t know that the risk is worth it. Let me share my professional experience on this question, I worked for a major utility company for more than 35 years during which time I seen my share of various types of equipment damaged some which were a total destruction/loss. The fact is that damaged electric and gas line often result when equipment is operated improperly or by not first having the utilities properly located prior to using equipment not limited to excavation but also stump removal and such. There is a major liability for property damage and injuries that not everyone has the right insurance or training.
Run a curl box! Just for internet chargers as such! Then theres no s.charge in a draw for power and separate braker for loss of power in case power outage! Kìck off and back on
Power strips can get faulty after time and cant always handle the quick load
Good Afternoon There My Good Big Bro Erik Of Outdoors With Erik Sir
Great seeing you again
@@OutdoorswithErik Thank You So Very Much There My Good Big Bro Erik Of Outdoors With Erik Sir
Thank You So Very Much There To Everyone Else
The new barn looks fantastic. I too had one built (20m x 9m) and after fitting it out with a strong room inside for the most expensive tools and CCTV, 24 power outlets, one dozen compressed air outlets, fantastic lighting and a full workshop, the total came to approximately NZ$250,000. Money well spent.
As for renting out the equipment, I suggest only to small businesses like yourself as they know the value of such machinery and would take better care of it.
The gap between the rear of the buildings should have either concrete or large pavers, for moving between the sheds. If the trailers are to be parked outside then park them on pavers. Tilted trailers should be tilted when parked for water run-off, it maintains the wooden deck so it will last longer.
Thanks for the feedback!
Blacktop I think would look good and then in small areas add a little grass and some beautiful rhododendrons or azaleas!!
Between the barns I would actually put pea gravel, that would keep the mud/muck down and out of the barns. Gravely's those I know and they are great. Used to run one down in FLA it was an older one but still self propelled had to use my body weight to turn it but it would just go and go and go. Loved it. God will provide all you need always. Have a great day.
Erik a brushless car wash is better for your truck's paint !
I know but it's all good:)
*Awesome!!*
you are awesome!
Wow didn’t see this video coming lol. God bless you and your family brother! Hope all goes well as it should!
I debated on making it but wanted to share more insight with you!
Happy for you with the new equipment. If you decide to rent your equipment, make sure you get a security deposit if you want to get repairs made yourself or have written in the contract that they are responsible for repairs and have them initial all the stipulations! Things will get broken. You might have to take a few to court. Tough decision!
I enjoy your projects using the big equipment. I wondered if you rented them. Now I know you own them. I think it would be a nice idea to rent out some of the things but I agree it would be difficult to find responsible people to use it.
Gravely does make some quality mowing equipment, not cheap, but good.
Thanks my friend
Good ❤❤❤ nice equipment love everything about😊😊😊😊
Love the channel. Good luck and keep up the great work.❤
Wow!❤ if you rent out, would you be responsible for insurance on the equipment, which would be another amount of $.? Maybe sell them outright to a contractor. Just saying❤
Plus there's always the possibility of theft.
Good call
I miss your videos of you retreating to your woods looking for trespassers.
Boys and our toys. We got to have some where to keep them, clean and pretty.
Thanks for the support
Wow, you're right, the Kubota is a monster, but what an awesome machine !!!!!
It sure is!
Wow! Well let's face it you sure needed the space. You thought of everything in my books especially renting out the older equipment. I
Nice work! RWB ❤🎉
I haven’t seen you awhile, where have you been?
I post every Sunday my friend, no idea why youtube isn't showing you. Comment on more of the videos then they will:)
Erik I'd love to see a collaboration with you and the midlife stockman. He's an up and coming Michigan based lawn channel. You both are exceptional and I think it would be a good time. 👍❤🇺🇸
I think you have a great idea. If you were in Southern Illinois, I would rent from you.
Thanks for the support!!
