CraX I still don’t get how it got released, I mean, you would at least try to WIN, your like what, 5 second game? See if it’s fair, literally anything?
For those who want a genuine explanation: The Myth of Sisyphus is a Greek tale about a man who is punished for all eternity to push a large rock up a mountain, only for it to roll back down to the bottom once he reaches the top. This is similar to Jerma’s plight of beating Chili Time because the port he’s playing wasn’t programmed with a win condition. Once he proved the game was impossible to win, however, is when he finally found peace and moved on. This development parallels well with the moral of Sisyphus, being that there’s nothing more to life than the struggle for true happiness, but once you realize and accept that is when you can truly achieve it yourself.
Despite how brief it was, the Chili Time arc is probably the best for Jerma's character development. He felt the need not only to beat Chili Time once and for all, but to also hone his skill such that Chili Time could be proven unwinnable. These contradictory goals perfectly show Jerma's disciplined emotional alignment. His disciplined disposition gave him purpose to keep trying, getting to the point where he could easily "win" each time, but his emotional nature took over, instilling fear chat wouldn't believe him. Thus when he found the version of Chili Time with an actual win state and beat it first try, the victory felt hollow. It was never truly about winning Chili Time. It was about proving himself.

Oh my god. I've only been seeing clips of the self-slap without context, I had no idea he was pretending to be slapped by someone else. This entire time I just assumed it was a threat. "You don't wanna fight me, man, look what I'll do to MYSELF!"
WHAT? Nobody talking about the fact that Jerma not only knows how to play Mahjong but is REALLY good at it?!?!
31:01 the way it took me a solid 5 seconds to try to figure out if there were sound affects or was Jerma literally mimicking game sounds
he's gotten way too good at that
45:20 youtube subtitles did jerma dirty
Crypto-fash streamer CANCELLED
Ha
Knockoff version of The Entertainer from Chili Time will haunt my dreams
And the fact that it never finishes and just loops without concluding... it's upsetting.
Streamer steals 700,000 games by scratching the price off and runs away to clown car back home.
Proceeds to mutilate self with hand
Proceeds to play them all in the walls of a local home
Dying streamer
Cheese Boy you think he stole it?
Is it some sort of currency thing?
37:00 this guy is fucking riddled with dementia, paintings on the roof and umbrellas in the fridge
7:25 the way his face got red... I have a feeling that he actually solved that puzzle with his powers

@@velocity1332 he made a joke about it in his Resident Evil 2 stream

43:17 is so nostalgic we used to have this, polar bowler, space cadet all on our old windows 07 family computer.
One has to imagine Sisyphus eating chiles

Araki coming up with Weather Report's Heavy Weather
I feel chili time is a game that jerma has on the back burner like when he gets bored or tired in comes chili time
18:47 this is why I watch Jerma
I’m always worried a 10/10 genre changing game is gonna be on one of these. Need germa to play them all so we don’t miss it
FOMO
700,000 is such a ridiculously large number of games that it is hilarious to imagine
