We appreciate the screen time. But that is our older HiLow design and the v2 does have a few changes to alleviate that issue. I’m curious as to what links your running. The fronts look pretty long. The front link length is paramount to the trucks breakover. I may possibly have a new platform for you to review as well. 🤔
IMHO, your brazin is the best (it can outperform every other chassis you have), the problem is your setup is wrong. The reason your having the chassis front curve "plowing" is you have long lower links, think of a setup that allows you early entry into the rocks. To do that you need to have the axle closer to the tranny skid by using shorter lower links in front and longer lower bent links (custom) in the rear (to get maximum clearance) adjusted to get your desired wheenbase.
Kits need to be more available. I hope more influencers do this. But they need to be a lot cheaper too. A kit creates no junk parts for boxes nor throwaway parts like an rtr. I miss seeing you build and talking about what was good and what went wrong during the build.
Hey, you should check out a Pink Bits Crawler Parts Leviathan chassis kit…. You may be surprised by this Aussie designed and made kit. Might just give that VRD a run for its money!

@@ExocagedRC I’d love to see what you could come up with. I reckon you would make an amazing chassis. You have a knack for seeing what people don’t, which leaves you in good stead to design something special.
Also on the Deserd Lizerd shock , which I like the best , you need to review them and say what you like and dislike about them for again good You Tube content.
I don't like them due to the internal springs, they take up too much space inside and reduce travel, I have a set in the bin that I hope to find a spot for one day.
Hey exo, have you ever done a built with one of the exo chassis? I used an everest chassis for my class 1 build and was pretty impressed with their link kits and stuff to accompany the chassis
@@ExocagedRC man your name is literally on em 🤣. I'm using the everest C1 chassis but I do know they offer a few different class 2 and chassis kits and I think for what your getting the price is decent.
Your thoughts on the VRD are spot on mate I have the carbon & the RTR stance, bloody awesome and the best company to change things up for something different is definitely Rock pirates for the VRD both awesome and work well together 🤌🏼
personal preference, on the sliders are lower but most of the time I don't use sliders. The comp batteries I use are 650mah and they are as light or lighter than many esc's, not the silent esc's but something like a micro x2. They simply don't add much weight
I think it's too hard to compare trucks' chassis' when all the components are different. That tiny outrunner motor setup looks like half the weight of the Hobbywing inrunner. Especially if you were to trim the extra oz of excess motor wire that is mounted high and to the rear of the truck's cg.
This dude does not sleep!
All play 😆
LOL I nap between 2am till about 8am, the rest is this RC addiction

I agree with your assessment with the VRD. However, I think the Zoku rails with its skids just improves on what is already an excellent design.
I don’t have that chassis. If I did I’d show it.
Glad I’m building a VRD!! I’m going with the straight axle kit but with the carbon frame!
This review realy is an eye opener...thanks
Great job covering these chassis. I'm always learning cool stuff from your channel.
Thanks 👍
Cool informative video. I am new to 10th scale crawlers and appreciate it!
Nice comparison Joe!
Interesting information, always something new.
Also on the Bazin Scale you need different high clearance links to take advantage of the Chassis, and drive shaft.
Yeah the rear can be setup very different and I have something on the way that will hopefully allow me to get rid of the heavy TRX rear axle.
Best LCG for the axial 10.2 have hit the limits of the stock one ❤

There are so many chassis out now, I thought about making my own but many of my ideas are already out and done better than I can.

I prefer mid Mount setups because I seem to not get stuck on the front mount chasis skid plate as often
Awesome Video Brother 💯 Informative 👍
On the high low you're running straight blinks in the rear end you ever thought about running a double bent links

@@ExocagedRCTake out the shorter spring and they will actually have more travel than most external spring shocks of similar length.

I’ve never had one of their chassis.

You need to get the Enduro Comp Fox kit , even tho you said old design but it would make good You Tube content for us that purchased the kit.
I just don't have a need for it.
EXOlent upload man.
9:27 lol well done

You need to check out the king of the south chassis. 30 degrees angled skid lol
There are so many chassis not even I can have them all.
I still being the cream ! 😂
Why are the batteries mounted so high in all these chassis? I see lots of empty space down low.

Love Negative G kits, Battery mount forward on the skid.
I’m stuck building lifted trucks 😭
Can’t build enough wraith based trucks 😅 looks like I need to change axles
Try Ryft axles. have you seen my Race Camp videos?
👌😁
Wot about Flat Gekko C1 V1 ?????
I don’t have that chassis here.
'Moose' chassis 😁🤪🤦♀️🤪
Moose & redcat fusion comp?🤷♂️
Meus= Moose like Zeus= Zoose
HMMM dangit, thats interesting. Meus Capra axles on the Redcat?
Let's looks at me use angles of the dangles

Its more of a design thing for me, especially the drop and how some clear and some catch edges
You need to start bending them links...
I like pronouncing MEUS as "muse" but since it stands for "me" and "us," it should be pronounced as "me-us"
That MEUS is gonna be simply called Moose LOL
Ohh your vanquish shocks are leaky and out of oil said no one ever. Haha join the club
