I live really close to Hamburg and it is a really good festival. The people in Hamburg are really good people and I been living 15 minutes from the town and it's always labor day weekend that they hold it. I don't eat much but I just like walking around and enjoying the day.
If you want to talk about one of Pennsylvania's smallest towns. Look uo Moween Pennsylvania. One road in and the same road out. My Grandpap was born there and grew up there.there used to be a one room school house as you entered the town. But it was torn down a long time ago and a mobile home sits on that spot now.
Picklesburgh.....where everything is pickled or pickle flavored...from donuts and ice cream to drinks. Parades, pickles, Pittsburgh. Pretty fun and insane to anyone not familiar!😂
Awe man! The Pennsylvania Maple Festival didn't make your list. Also Meyersdale Pa would have fit very well with your small town videos. It used to be a mining town as well.

In Pittston PA, they have the Tomato Festival. It ends with a tomato fight. Imagine a snowball fight, but using tomatoes instead.
