If you guys are having issues with the red dot not showing after turning on 3d, change your renderer from Cinema 4D to Classic 3D.
This worked for me. Took me till the next day to finally figure it out.

@@tatthanh_vu Cơ bản là ok rồi đó bạn. Có điều do bạn không chỉnh góc nghiêng của camera nên các tấm biển hiện ra không có cảm giác đứng mà thấy nó nằm trên mặt bản đồ. Nếu bạn chỉnh cho nghiêng cái Null layer điều khiển Cam thì nhìn nó có cảm giác thực tế hơn.
