    I began my investment journey at the age of 33, primarily through hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 38, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $5k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.

      Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

    Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. That's precisely why I prefer to have a portfolio coach help me make daily decisions about the markets. Their vast experience of simultaneously going long and short, taking advantage of risk for its asymmetrical upside, and selling it as a hedge against inevitable downward turns means that they almost never underperform. Dear middle-class people, If you find this inspiring, that's awesome, but if you are providing for those you love and truly fulfilled in life, then that's great and something to be proud of. There's a lot of truth in what Robert says but it is also OK if it isn't specifically true for every individual - we're all different. No one should feel guilty if they valued their education and earned a living. Being rich isn't everyone's goal.

      you're right. whatever makes you happy is most important BUT in today's world where the middle-class is/has continued to inch closer to the lower class, especially thanks to the plandemic, it's best to feel and know you're secure in your finances in order for you and your family to survive. Most are just getting by living paycheck to paycheck and now we see government helping those people which will/is keeping people home, accepting government handouts. who needs to work anymore? lets just let government pay our way. Lets talk from the rich/wealthy so we don't have to work ( socialism ). So while money can't buy love, it CAN buy security for you and your loved ones and MINDSET is a major reason why some are rich and most are poor. Our parents are usually responsible for instilling into us either mindset.

      I totally agree with you. Happiness is a thing or set of things, that will vary drum person to person. I once met a couple in their late 50's, living in Mexico. whom had decided to divorce the "American Rat Race", as they put it. They lived in a very small colony, located lake side, which was originally established by French settlers. I have to say, it is beautiful there. It's not even close, to the common, border town setting, one is accustomed to seeing in mexico, cuz those places are the result of mass migration to the border, failed on the illegal crossing attempts, then create an over crowded, unsettled situation of living and economics. NO! where this couple lives, the original architecture, along with plazas and living, seem as time frozen. What surprised me more, was in how many people of other countries, such as Canada, korea, Spaniards and even some Italians, are living there in Mexico. And the locals, as polite,Hospitable and accommodating, a they are here, in the 🇺🇲. That experience has changed my outlook on Latin, especially Mexican immigrants, here in America.

      Most people either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter.

For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. I read his book and listened to his audiobook in my car when I was younger. I didn’t realize he was such a good inspirational speaker also. His principles can be applied to more than real estate. About taking control of your life. As humans we’re usually groomed from birth to be taken care of. When he says I don’t need anyone to take care of me (a paycheck) that’s also symbolic of life. I took charge of my career and real estate investing life when I realized I have to stop thinking money will come to me just by chance. Would you like a sail boat out in the ocean waiting for the wind to take you to land or a motorboat? Do you want to wait for food to grow to eat or hunt it down? I chose to hunt down my goals in life. You’re stronger than you think. God bless!

      Andrei Stoenescu Great Question! There is two ways you can do this. The equity you build on your first home will help you with your second. You can also rent out your first home and live with parents. A lot rich Asians do this. That’s why I mention having a decent job is important. Business helps but a lot of people fail in their endeavors. Also, save enough for a recession in the economy. Low economy made a lot millionaires.

      Wissame Elmel It depends on your job. It depends where you’re expenses. I know a person that makes $40 per hour and have negative in savings because of expenses like rent, car, Utilities. And the other person making $18 an hour but still living with his grandmother And he’s able to Save a lot more money . Both live in SF

    • @chrisnuenthel8937
      @chrisnuenthel8937 4 ปีที่แล้ว +24

      Sam gilltill well it's not how much u make but wht u do with it. I figured savings weren't great unless u have a good interest rate. With a good interest rate hopefully the savings would keep up with inflation? But back to my previous statement. Most ppl live beyond their means, so if u do this it won't matter how much u make, u'll be in debt. If u live below ur means, u'll save even at minimum wage. In 2014 I was making $10 an hour and could save 1500 in just a few short months. Cause I just paid for a one bedroom apartment, food and utilities. Got around with bus or bike and lived close to work. But if I was like yeah let me buy a new car and get car payments, boom I'd be struggling to pay for stuff let alone save. Ppl aren't very practical, they spend with little foresight and it catches up eventually.

Why do they say work hard and save up money but we are still not rich? I never got why this happens and listening to someone say all the stuff a person needs to fulfill their dreams and be in a good spot in life is amazing. @RedShadow borrow money from the bank it's called leverage, use the debt to buy assets things that will make you money or have great potential to make you money. the asset will make you money monthly or whatever slowly and slowly. you borrow money to leverage estate that you can't afford. for example if a 200k house will make you 2k per month but you only have 100k with a good credit score you can get a loan for the house now you leverage a 200k asset with only 100k to your name or even if you had nothing. as years pass by you are generating a profit and the profit will pay for the debt and the profit will pay for your own rent so you live and eat for free and also if you had a job you make another 2k per month and you keep repeating the process and the debt will eventually pay itself off. that's how you make multi millions and also remember to scale. im 20 from uk so idk if I was right or accurate about credit or whatever
