I like Udio for the mere fact I can tell it to make a song in this style from this era with a singer with this accent and it WORKS (75% of the time), but still, it’s so damn versatile.
I used to use suno, but the quality is awful, plus after a hundreds of generations you realise they all sound the same. Plus they all sound autotuned, which is a 'feature' in songs I hope dies quickly, I personally can't stand it.(In non AI music too). In Udio use manual mode you get better results. Don't use the same prompts for both, they're different products.
Sorry guys, but this isn´t a autotune issue or similar. In this video we clearly here phasing problems, thats why it sounds so strange. I guess the screen audio was recorded directly and the same time the sound was played out on loudspeakers and got re-recorded over the speaker mic. You clearly here kind of echoings and voice phasing going on.
@@MasterAIFast In that case it’s pretty easy. Just use headphones instead of speakers to listen to the sound by yourself, so the software audio won’t get re-recorded.
That's only partially the case. The vocals do sounds like "autotune" in real world playback on the site once you hit the higher registers. I get it on nearly every song wearing headphones and through speakers.
Not sure but I think udio quality is a bit more better. Both have pros and cons. For one...Suno struggles with certain rap songs or rap in general to get that type of music of today. Whereas udio seems to know what style you are truly asking for. I think you need to use the full 2 minute feature to embrace the real potential of udio. I am still loving Suno too but I need their v4 version to hit numbers before ElevenLabs destroy both sides and I kid you not.
Suno sounds so artificial and AI. While Udio I can hardly tell the difference between a real person and AI. If you're serious about making AI music, then Udio gives you way more freedom and just better sounding quality overall. You can even inpaint lol Its hard to even compare them sometimes because Udio is that much better at making AI music 'as an art form'. Suno does not feel that way at all.
Stems are coming to Udio. They mentioned it in a recent Discord "Office Hours' presentation. Also going to be adding the ability to upload your own tracks and have Udio interpret them with any lyrics you want to add.
How do i protect my music from being stolen, recorded by ai?? How is it possible to make musik from words, is words tonechaping, all this is a fraud. This was generated from copyright material, whitout approval What material waS UDIO educated whit, is the blueprints of the copyrighted material inside the ai brain still. THIS IS THE END OF the artists, and all instrument companys . This future is boring and if you make ai musivc you are no artist, you are a copycat. whit 50 billion new copysongs no one can make music and make money of it. Udio and suno is highjacking the musicindustry, all their songs sounds like alredy made songs from humans , i guess bigtec is gonna steal all dreams. and there be many angry people who lost their investments, looking for the inventers of ai in the future .
The problem with Suno is the MP3 compression rate. It's currently at 192kbps whereas Udio is at 320kbps. (broadcast quality)
You're wrong here, Suno 3.5 can export to lossless .wav,..
Suno, to me by far, is the best song generator we have.. it sounds clear, original and authentic.

nice prompt " studio quality, clear vocals" might try them too
I use SUNO. Love its interpretation

Appreciate the insights and will try out your suggestions of using manual mode/different prompts given they are different platforms.
Suno voices still sound too auto-tuned. And who ever gives us clean stems will be best!
Udio said they're on the way soon during a recent presentation in a Discord "Office Hours" session.

Exactly. Still figuring out the best way to record these types of videos. Open to suggestions on how to improve.

@@christopherdahm8231 Thank you! Will try that.

Fair points. When extending and making tweaks to songs in Udio they can come out great.
Udio sounds more organic and natural while Sono sounds more modern and engineered.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. There's pro's and cons between them, but agree Udio does provide more freedom for now.
nice video😀
Thank you!!
Need high quality stems. The AI engine that gets there the fastest will win. Suno has to also clean up those weak vocals

paid Suno Actor?
Not a sponsored video, lol.

I agree Suno won.
