Suno 4.0 beats Udio hands down! There’s no competition. This video came out before 4.0. I like the tips regarding the meta tags, very helpful but what i didn’t find helpful at all were these video overlays, particularly the singers who were extremely distracting since they didn’t match the audio. It was worse than watching a poorly dubbed karate movie from the 70s!

This doesn't work...for changing or correcting one word they make you select 10 seconds...and you lose the original melody and timing of the original 10 second...

Really difficult to replace one word and have suno keep the original vocal melody and timing...which is bad if the melody is a consistent one throughout rhe song g

Hi thanks for the video , on Suno paid plan , I am trying to create a persona from both my uploaded own vocals and songs , When trying to create a persona I cannot choose a song which is on the list of songs which I have in my library , there's written under each song on the list : " ( Personas from audio uploads are disabled at this time ) " . I paid for the pro plan exclusively towards creating songs using my voice .. Do you know what can be wrong with my audio uploads ? Or it is Suno wasting my money ?

The crop/ selection feature in Udio is much better in Suno on the ipad I cannot pull on the grey bar without it pulling the screen, even tried with a physical keyboard holding shift then pull… still pulls the screen

I am encountering a persistent issue in replace section where, no matter what adjustments I make, the system continues to add words or repeat sections that I did not write. This issue has occurred every time I try to input my lyrics, leading to significant credit usage without achieving the desired result can someone pls help me with this i know that some of my friends and some people from discord have the same problem and we try to email the support suno team but no replay

I've been using Suno for a couple of months now, and I have a subscription, so I can access all the features of the paid plan. First off, I’m a music producer, and I’ve been exploring how this technology could assist musicians. Unfortunately, I have to say that it’s still not quite there-it feels too limiting. For example, the "replace section" function often doesn’t work properly; it frequently fails to follow the text variations you input, and you have to make several attempts before it finally generates the desired correction-if it even manages to do so. Additionally, it doesn’t handle pre-choruses well, consistently creating issues. It also struggles with interpreting instructions like BPM, and vocal lines tend to be overly slow. It rarely captures the possibility of singing in a more rhythmic, moderately paced style, often producing results that sound like drawn-out laments. While it can be a fun tool and occasionally delivers something decent, it’s far from justifying a paid subscription. To make it worthwhile, there should be many more features available to creators. For instance, tools to implement compositional structures and resolve common issues, such as the frequent overlapping of choruses and verses. It also often fails to include pauses, which are crucial for giving the song and lyrics breathing space and fluidity. I hope the developers address these shortcomings by introducing more tools and features, as well as enhancing the precision of editing specific parts of a song. As it stands, I don’t believe it’s worth subscribing or spending money on-it’s still far too limited.

Tried create my persona from uploaded file.. 4 times it gave me a female voice I have a medium pitch male voice 🙈

The truth is, UDIOs devs dont know what the model will understand, cause AI can use anything it was trained with to adapt. What UDIOs devs actually do to keep you from getting precise musicians is name substitution, but if you give the engine hints that UDIOs devs didn't check for, the AI will get a clue, its really just trying to grasp what you want from the context.

To move the folder up, You can drag and drop the clip onto the home folder, if home is offered as a target to the selection feature (I haven't tried) it should be possible.

Just use Udio. It's extremly hard to master rn but if you do, you'll get impressive results, wich dont sound like a robo-dream

I think the remaster function just steals the charackter of the songs,just deleting all the old harmonys and sounds out of the melody wich sucks, so only the voice beeing better and the rest being bad, I dont think it's better

Unfortunately, Suno's V4 upgrade produces audio that is largely unusable. The artifacts, swishing, pseudo-phasing effects inherent mostly in vocals that are part of a complex composition such as a Broadway Musical style, are so pronounced that the music creation is usually relegated to the digital trash bin. Hopefully, Suno will resolve this issue quickly. If not, there are many posters that are considering alternative AI music platforms such as Udio.

I accidentally listened to several songs on the main page and there is no noise and distortion! The quality is almost like that of Udio, even written in version 3

I'm trying to use Replace Section to replace a 16-second length section of a song. I followed the instructions exactly, but when I click the Edit button, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I am using the paid version of Udio.
