Great video Ridhi!! Just stumbled upon your channel, and this video was really well done. Will be visiting Madrid in over a months time, so looking forward to it.
Your travel guide of Madrid was truly captivating! The city's stunning architecture, art, and delicious tapas make it an ideal destination for a leisurely stroll. Your presentation was very informative and engaging. Thank you for sharing such awesome insights with us!
Thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed it and pleased that I was able to capture Madrid in that way as it is a stunning city, as you say. Please share and stay tuned for more videos soon 😊
You did great with providing information about limited personal belongings to bring inside as well as entrance fees and info about public transportation use to get around
GRACIAS POR UN VIDEO TAN BUENO DE MADRID, SOY MADRILEÑO Y DISFRUTO MUCHO DE MI CIUDAD. BIENVENIDOS LOS QUE VENGÁIS A MADRID A DISFRUTAR DE ELLA, COMO A VIVIR EN ELLA. ❤
I was in Madrid last December for nine days and had the chance to see all the major places that you showed us, including the three museums. It's a wonderful city and I enjoyed it tremendously, just like I did your video! Thank you Ridhi
Hi Akshar! Thanks. I looked online for the cheapest tickets and found one on viagogo but there’s others such as stubhub or ticketmaster hope that helps
Nice video! Even though you will probably not find “tacos” at the Mercado San Miguel, as you’d need to travel to Mexico for that 😉 Anyway, I liked the selection of restaurants and bars, nice 😊
Hi Radhi. Another great vlog my friend. Great list. We love Madrid. I wanted to add 1 to this that is a must do the next time you get there; eat at the Worlds oldest restaurant, El Botin. The food service and atmosphere are amazing. Getting close to 2 K. Cannot wait until we get there too. Glad to be one of them. We are both ecological anthropologists. Bear studies food culture and food production, and I am a sustainability archaeologist. As such, we love to meet and support creators and guides who share the history, culture, food, and nature on social media. Love what you are doing and hope you might like ours too. Cheers! - Turtle
Thank you! Yes, that restaurant was on my list too but I only had so much time and there are so many great food places in Madrid. I will have to go there next time. Yes we are slowly getting there. Thank you for your support! I love the ethos behind your channel and I think it’s great that you are travelling as a family. I Iook forward to seeing more of your videos!
Lol unfortunately I don’t get any freebies or discounts to advertise hotels (I wish 😂) it’s in a fantastic location and the staff were great and good prices at the time. Comfy bed and room. Toilet with shower was in the same room so if you’re ok with that then it’s a good choice 👍🏼
Just one question ..., if you travel to London, would you expect that everybody could speak/inderstand Spanish ?????... Spanish, is the second most spoken language of the world, only after Chinese Mandarin.
Hi Curro thanks for watching! No in London the main language is English. You may find some people that can speak Spanish or French which is taught in schools among other languages such as German for eg but English is the spoken language in London England. In fact English is the most spoken language by native and non-native speakers in the world followed by Mandarin Chinese then Hindi.
@@TravelwithRidhi Thats why I found your comment a bit out of place...., nobody would expect that everybody speaks a determined language when being abroad in a country not having yours as the official one. It should be obvious. With all my respect for them and as far as the language is concerned, Spain is not the Check Republic...., Holland ... Iceland ... Denmark ...., where they are forced to learn other languages inorder to be able to do business when communicating with the exterior. As to the number of speakers, we must have consulted different sources of info. As a mother tongue, Spanish is the second most spoken language of the world and it is so in at least 20 countries...., not like Chinese or Hindi, which are local big languages. Big languages act as second language in some countries like for instance the USA, where more than 50 million speakers do it in Spanish..... and growing. in África, they do it in several others by millions, but they have their mother tongues which they use among themselves. Furthermore if you ad up the millions of Portuguese and Italian speakers who can perfectly understand Spanish as they are basically the same language with very little differences......... Even though, I would never expect that everybody should have to understand me when I m out of my country/language range. All in all, pretend/expect that the whole world speaks your language for free, to make someby s life easier, is a little bit too much in my opinion, young lady.
I think you took my comment the wrong way unfortunately. But it’s definitely an interesting debate on a different channel. I hope you enjoyed the video at least. Do subscribe for more content and share among friends. Happy travelling.
@@TravelwithRidhi No, I did nt. English language speakers do generally expect everybody to speak and understand them and act as their interpreters free of charge, why ?..., learning a foreign language takes time and money and they are generally unwilling to reciprocate nor respect others. Only very few of them, including football players for instance, having spent years abroad, can mumble a few sentences in the language of the place they have lived and got the money from. Don t take it personally, and enjoy your trips.

Empanadas are from Spain. It's a traditional Galician dish with more than 800 years. American (Chilean, Argentinian) empanadas are based on them.
Thank you Robert. That's great information so thank you for providing that. Thanks for taking the time to watch the video!

Just a tip about the Fallen Angel (devil) monument... the sculpture is exactly situated at 666 meters above sea level.
Thanks for the information! Hope you enjoyed the video. I look forward to doing more videos of Spain soon 🇪🇸
