Love and respect to this man from UK, I love learning from this guy. His words really help my mentality. I always go through 'stress' and anger and this and that. But Sadhguru tells me one thing. Whatever you do - enjoy the process. Don't care to much about the result. The result is the result. Enjoy the process. That's the main thing.

When you get it out of head that employment is a competition, only then will it come to you easily. Make yourself worth something, work flows in. World doesn't give anything for free
Sadhguru already said. Invest every second in improving yourself.
Not in thinking something happened yesterday or imagining something happening tomorrow.
Use the present moment to the maximum use.
Let us say you do yoga 8 hours a day and for the rest you work to get 10 dollars a day. That work could be as simple as picking up garbage from streets. You will earn enough to live by and make your way towards enlightenment as well. Do you think this is not feasible for those billions? I think it is.
To live a life is a very easy.. The problem arises when you want to live YOUR life like someone else is living. Competition is sorrow

Eh, no! Don't drag religion into this, please. All religions speak of the same thing. All the religions are appreciably complicated too. But hinduism, alongwith some others have the tendency to break down the greater wisdom into simple understandable stories. While most other religions are for people who are a bit more spiritually grown. That's my take on things. I was born into hinduism, but i am an omnist. Just love the different mythologies of different religions.

Hi just wanted to tell you something which I can tell you. First change the little things you do everyday as life is not a series of a few big moments but a collection of many little moments.First of all do not be scared to try something new. What can be the worst outcome if you try something for one or two days. Second of all try to be in love with the process even if it is something you don't want to do. Like for studying by waking up early try to really get involved with what your studying and study your hardest. But, don't worry about the results.For example studying try first waking an hour before you usually wake up and do that for a couple of days. Try doing that and it will start to feel normal. Try to put yourself in uncomfortable situations and make them comfortable. For example I am a teenager who wakes up every day at 3 am to study for test and do work. I also run a 5k every 2 days but this has become a habit from multiple little moments of change. I am not that wise and I am not trying to lecture you. I just wanted to share what I have done.

Isn't it paradoxical to say that invest your life in something worthwhile and at the same time don't be goal oriented ?
One can say that you should be process oriented and be in the moment, that is like not using mind that means the most evolved creature should not live to its full potential.
There are things that I want do, but there are also some things which I don't want to do which comes in the way of doing what I want.
Example1: I want to change the policies for common people, but I don't like the competition for becoming and IAS officer. What is the solution ?
Example 2: I want to play sports daily, but don't have enough resources/money. Don't you think I will have to take some job which i don't want to do which pays me for the expenses of sports and living?
Actually, nowadays i see it everywhere.
What I am following is: "Do what you enjoy -OR- enjoy what you do."
I am waiting for replies!!
