It's a real thing though, an empty bar doesn't feel good but when I put weight on it I can lift much smoother.

Actually this is true, especially with deadlift. With smaller weight I can't keep a good form because the weight pulling me down is helping me get the form right and if the bar is light I have to use muscles I normally don't use for deadlift to try and keep a proper form.

I just watch these and smile all the way through. Great set up and execution of the pranks. I love how all the power lifters in the gyms are very helpful even dealing with a nerd wanna be power lifter. Great job all of you 👏

That part of the video carried me through my workout today when I was tired from traveling and wanted to stop halfway. I can easily see this video going over 10 million views in a while. Some videos need a super like button. All coaches were super professional and their reactions were priceless. Maybe you should consider sharing their details (like their names and the gym centers they work at) to reward their professional approach. I am sure most people would like to train with these coaches.
