Hi I’m new to Katrina and karena tone it up.. I have cp and I’m going therapy and I’m using the girls Katrina and karena and it’s helping me get stronger. I did my stretches and my bike machine every day and today while I did my stretches my body still hurts I’m still sore from last week . I’m thankful full I found the tone it up book and I’m getting stronger. I’m proud of myself I couldn’t done it with out these wonderful and beautiful girls
Love your videos! I get bored easily and I have a 2 year old I am chasing after most days so I need quick videos I can do while he is zoned into his solo time, although he usually works out with me. Just a reminder to everyone "dieting" that to be healthy is a lifestyle choice and change, it takes 21 consecutive days to make a habit and no amount of exercise can undo bad eating. Balance, sleep, diet, exercise and stress for a better you.
Anyone who dislikes this video, obviously didn't do it. Wow! I love that I'm working small muscle groups that I neglect. I recommend these videos for my girl friends just starting out because it is easy on their joints. Keep up the good work.

Today was my first time doing one of your videos, all I can say is wow my booty is on fire. I had my third and final child 4 months ago and I am trying to lose this weight and tone up. Second week doing this. I try to do it at least 4 times a week plus i been running and doing various exercise at the gym i lost around 8 lbs in 1 1/2 week and i see the difference in my body!

Try to stretch your legs before or if you find that your thighs start to hurt when you lift your leg don't go as high. Also make sure your hips are squared. If its just pain that you can deal with it could also mean that you are truly working out that area. I hope this helps :)
These exercises looks fairly easy, but they are actually very intense--all of them! I only did 1 set of each and every exercise (even though I know we're supposed to do 3) and my butt feels really sore! Thanks for these great exercises!
Can anybody tell me what does she sais about how to avoid that your knees feels unstable around 0:35 to 0:45 ? My knees always shake doing lunges ..thanks!!
This is a perfect daily workout. I was wondering if you girls could do a video of slimming down. I'm pretty muscular already but I'm having a hard time losing those last little inches around my calves and inner thighs! Thanks girls for making me sweat!
ViNtAgELovv11 same here im pretty certain its normal as your leg is holding the weight of your lower body while its moving. It might also be because this muscle is weaker in some people more than others. Just be careful not to strain it, like if its cramping and tensing too much then just stop rest and get back into it.

With the leg circles on our knees, i felt pain in the other leg way more. the one that had my knee on the ground. why? am i doing something wrong

How about some deltoid emphasis? My triceps and forearms good from all plank and etc. but I want that nice deltoid cut. You guys are awesome!!!!!

Good advice. I always pushed off from the back toes. This is much easier on my knees. :)
