    this workout has really been helping me with the back of my legs and definitely my butt. I've been doing this workout every day for a month now, 3 times a day. I've been losing and toning, and it's really helping me with my confidence and I really need that since I'm only 15. Your workouts helped me so much, thank you.

    I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and never seen my butt so firm!!! Started with only one set, week after did two sets and today did 3 sets in a row. Burns like hell! It feels so good!

    I added some ankle weights (5 lbs each) to make it a bit more challenging. It definitely helps and speeds up results. Thanks girls! :)

    I love all the workouts and am grateful for the girls to share them with us! Im actually getting real results which is totally awesome! While I get fit, lean and strong I started to care less about my stretchmarks, because I feel more confident in my body! Thank you, girls!

    I had baby #4 almost 2years ago...I stayed at 130lbs for the longest time but I looked fat and it irritated me so I decided to do something about it! Exercise! I do whatever video I'm in the mood for...and believe me..I have seen such a change in progress...I feel waaay better about myself and I thank karena and katrina fir their cheerful daily motivation! Hell I even wash dishes watching their videos! Lol! It keeps me going!!

    I love this workout! I dislocated my patella 7 months ago and just now starting to get back into exercises. I love this exercise because the squats at limited...which is less stres on my knee!

    I love all these workouts!! You two are really easy to follow along with and, whilst the workouts kill me, I feel great after them and have started to notice things are firming up!! I am quite slim but really need to tone up and you guys are the perfect inspiration!     I teach fitness classes every night and workout with weights daily too....But this hurts so good!!! I felt this more than using the leg machines :) LOVE THIS!

    Done! It was yet again another great TIU workout. I'm in love with all of these workouts. They're fun to do it goes by so fast you hardly remember you're working it out! I'm saving now to buy the beachbabe DVD:)

    Since this workout, I've lost about 20 pounds. But I've been doing this workout everyday of the week, 3 times per day for a month and a half. I also do other workouts to help with my arms and my abs but if you want to target your legs and butt mostly, then I would aim for a month with this workout. Do a lot of cardio too. It'll help fat come off easier.

      They have their own line. Normally it's from their line of workout gear and swimwear.

    I love your workouts and looking into joining the nutrition plan but I'm not sure which one to go with...I don't know whether to go with the vegetarian or regular plan. I don't eat meat but I love having fish in my diet. I also don't like eggs on their own but don't mind them as an ingredient in a recipe.

    do it, your going to feel amazing after everytime. it builds up self-determination and i guarentee after you get the toned body you want, it will be hard for you to stop. it starts when your ready, good luck

    Oh me Oh my!! That was obviously what I needed! Thanks for the great workout that was kept appropriate to do around my daughter. Some of the butt and thigh workouts on here are so inappropriate as far as the suggestive body language that iis implied throughout the workout. Your videos are awesome! :)

    Back here again Feb 10, 2017 for the 1000+ time since it was posted and I've been adding Loop bands forever to increase intensity. Its a great burn with the band's & weights.

    As a busy interior designer, I sometimes have a hard time going out to the gym to get my workout on. But now with this easy and amazing workout you have shared, I have an easier time working out at home when I take breaks from designing for my clients. Thank you so much ladies!     They are actually called straight leg deadlifts (which have tons of other names as well) so I'm sure you could find a video dedicated to the form of straight leg deads only! You could take a video of yourself and try to see what you're doing wrong. I have done that before and it really helps, form is everything :)

    I was at 120 I think when I started and now I'm at 110 and i did 6 of there workouts three times when I felt like I needed a big workout and on regular days I would do 3 of their workouts once and I feel great and I love it!!
