Rose Gold Hair Color Tutorial with Koleston Perfect | Wella Professionals

Step-by-step:
Step 1
Section the top section for a herringbone technique and the front pieces on the sides.
Step 2
Start lightening in the front to create a nice face frame and a money piece at the top. Pivot your way through the top section. Leave the last section to get a veil over the top section and to create a soft shadow.
Step 3
Develop up to 50 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, towel dry, and apply WellaPlex No2. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse with Color Motion+ shampoo and Blondor Seal & Care.
Step 4
Apply Marula Oil Blend Scalp Primer to the scalp. Section off the front hairline and money piece. Separate the back to start the application of the root shadow in a brickwork pattern.
Step 5
Work in diaginal cross sections to apply to mid lengths and ends. Use your fingers to merge the root shadow with the rose gold. Continue through the top with the same technique.
Step 6
Make a micro root application in the front and blend with the rose gold on the mid-lengths and ends. After development, time rinse and shampoo gently with Color Motion+ Shampoo and Color Motion+ Express Post Color Treatment.

Root Shadow:
Koleston Perfect 7/97 + 1.9%
Rose Gold:
Koleston Perfect 30g 10/96 + 5g 0/65 + 5g 8/43 + 1.9%
