    07: 35 Step 1: Section the hair and gently tease the hair to create the soft blend.
    08:28 Step 2: Lighten using BlondorPlex + 6% ,1:15 ratio.
    08:51 Step 3: Apply the lightener through the sections. isolate using clear illuminage sheets. Develop for up to 50 min.
    12:00 Step 4: Use Wellaplex no2, leave for 10 min. Comb back the hair carefully to start removing the back combing.
    13:08 Step 5: Tone using Koleston Perfect 10/86+9/81 + 1.9% ( 1:2)

    My hairdresser did this to me today so I just looked up why she would do it that way, as I have never had someone do that to me before. The result in your video looks great, but from my experience with my extremely long hair past my waist, this caused soo many knots and lots of excruciating pain from brushing out the knots. Perhaps this technique is only suitable for short to mid-length hair.

    I should have been a stylist. I get this.
    Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get even decent highlights in the past 15 years. They don't do a good job teaching in school or too many people that don't have any talent in learning how to do or follow updates to extend their knowledge.

    It's disgusting this technique! The hair get all tangled ! Horrible to wash ! No way there I'm gonna use it ! My client feel so much pain on it

    Teasing or back combing is sooooo bad for your hair I don't care what anyone says, look at it under a microscope after you do it.

      everything we do is bad for your hair, heating products, bleaching, coloring, etc. doesn't stop most people
