Why can't every content creator be thorough with their videos I had to watch 15 min of other videos just for to not work. Thank You so much for being straightforward.
I have xbox one controller which says it's paired, but not working. When i saw your show a cable i realised that i can connect it via cable and it worked via cable. Thanks :)
I did what you said, 4 times, before searching up your video. lmao it finally worked. I appreciate the video but I think this is more a xbox issue than a user one. Thanks anyway, just giving some algorithmic love.
I bought a wireless x box adapter for windows but they sent it non original Xbox packaging so I returned it. I was looking to re buy a legit one and found your video. It was helpful and helped me save monies . Thanks :)
Just in case you get a notification... Thanks for the tutorial. As easy as I thought since I've used the steps for other devices. In my case, it was adding a new Xbox controller to my PC. BTW ~> Is there a specific Xbox accessory needed for the desktop? I play PGA 2K23 w/a DS4, but was not getting the "vibration" which is a basic part of the club swing meter. Thanks
sir this is not working whenever i press the X on the controller and then when i hold the button at the top my laptop doesnt pick it up and after a while of holding the top button on controller for like 10-15 seconds the controller viberates twice and turns off please help
I had the problem of everything working fine but i could not connect with wireless on the controller , i SOLVED my windows 11 problem. In Flight Mode menu turn on : Xbox wireless :Games connection. hope this helps
I'm assuming that It doesn't work on second hand controllers. I got one and been trying it for months but it doesn't show the controller when connecting.
THANKS BRO for some reason i turned on my controller it didnt pick it up then when i turned it on it was turning on my xbox one and then after clicking connect on controller...it didnt connect until i pressed ADD DEVICE instead, how can they give 2 options for this?? AND THEN it still says searching after its connected, that box should disappear. windows is not user friendly at all
Is this maybe not working for me because my controller is too old? It blinks fast but never connects, my Xbox is unplugged to prevent interference. Even the micro USB isn’t working on either of my controllers. I got one of them to connect super briefly last night but it was my controller with drift and it ended up disconnecting after 20 minutes anyways
Have a question. Been having this problem where if i connect the xbox controller to the usb cable to charge the battery it will loose the bluetooth connection once I unplug the charging cable and I have to do the entire process over again.
My pc does not see the device in the "Add a device" menu. =/ What can I do? I try to make it work with Bluetooth because when I was playing using an USB-C cable, the controller randomly lost connection and nothing I do can bring it back.
Thanks for this information. An Xbox series X/S controller can work only with batteries, but if I don't insert the battery can I use it linked to my pc with a usb-c cable, can't I? I really don't like batteries
Great vid btw.. however this does not work for me, I have an original Xbox One controller, and for the life of me I can't get it paired.. even if I connect it via USB W11 does not know what to do with it.. it want's to dl Xbox Game Bar which I already have installed.. had the same issues pairing with my Steam Deck.. maybe I will stick with my Nvidia Shield controller as it works..
The controller doesn't show up whenever I press "add device" and I did exactly what you did. I have the best bluetooth firmware (new gaming pc) and the xbox elite series 2 controller... so frustrating.
I fixed it! Here’s how: I downloaded the CORRECT bluetooth driver for my motherboard. I assumed it would be the recommended one for my motherboard (recommended by the manufacturer itself!!) but it wasn’t! I expanded their list of drivers and downloaded the one called Realtek, and now my bluetooth works. I hope this message can help someone else struggling with the same problem.
@@jonasc1221 I'm having the same issue, my mobo has 2 drivers, one intel and one amd (i'm guessing that's depending on the cpu socket) so I downloaded the amd one and I can't get the bluetooth to work properly. I bought a bt sensor to connect on the usb and it doesn't work either, both controllers sync and desync 5 seconds later, so frustrating.
doesn't help with my issue. the series S/X controller doesn't work with my Legion Laptop unlike the usual Xbox one controller did. I can only use the series plugged in wirelessly the controller basically malfunctions and I don't know why.
my motherboard supports bluetooth 5.2 but when i go to the windows settings , i dont see the bluetooth option to toggle it on or off? what should i do?
What do I do if the controller just will not disconnect. my controller won't disconnect and I cannot use it so I try to reconnect but that doesn't work. It always says "failed to remove device"
Nice tutorial dude, Thanks! Do you have the game The Division (2016) Can you test that controller with the bluetooth 5.0, the 4.0 doesn't work, what is weird. Thanks!
No, unfortunately I don't have that game. Thanks for watching! 👍 If anyone else watching has tried that game and knows if it works please comment below.
What if the controller does not want to go on if not connected via USB I click the button but never goes on and if I keep it pressed just blinks fats s couple of times and then turn iff
mine is not connecting I have updated my computer and I know my controller works on my laptop because I have used it before I don't know why is not wanted to connect now
My controller won’t connect to my PC no matter what I try. My PC detects it as “Xbox Wireless Controller) but as soon as I click on it to connect, it says “Try connecting again”. Fails every time
@@CustardCream22 I figured it out, I didn’t have my wifi antennas in because I play wired, had no idea they were also for Bluetooth signal. Worked right away
@@CustardCream22 yeah the Bluetooth range without them is like 1 inch lmao, I placed my controller directly on top of my pc and it’s the only way it would work without the antennas 🤣
the option for Bluetooth don't even exist for me its been very bugged. and before its been on but its says off and so on. it has worked fine but stops working randomly after a few weeks.
