    This is a great minimal layout. I've adopted it as one of my layouts. That is one of the most valuable parts of this series -- especially as a new user.

      Awesome, thank you!
      You’re finding that it helps you to see how Logos users lay out their studies?

    At ~9:00 into the interview, Kirk is looking for a good example for showing the rich material in the NET bible but is unable to find a good example on the fly. One way I've found to surface that information is to have the Power Lookup pane open while browsing the NET (or any Bible or resource). The Power Lookup window automatically shows the references that are contained in the active pane.

      We later realized that we were trying to demonstrate the point from the ESV Bible, and not the NET Bible.
      But the Power Lookup is an incredible feature and a great suggestion for this very use case. We discussed it in another interview recently (You can jump into that here: th-cam.com/video/n54RmYkt6iw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YqAi0YNdprGkYi6v&t=2033). I'm glad you said something! Thank you.

      Thank you, good sir! You know I think we are due for a deep-dive into how you use Alfred and Logos, or any other helpful tips you could share. Let’s schedule an interview, Mark!

      @@logosbibletraining That was one of the things I had on my list we didn't get to-not Alfred, but integrating Raycast on Logos (effectively the same thing).

      That’d be a nice follow up sometime, to cover Raycast.

    A few questions during the interview - I'm going to see if Kirk can clarify what he calls the three dots, I'll see if he can share his custom guide with the public, and yes Smart Search does use AI Credits. :)

    Thank you so much Jason for your videos, they are very helpful. Kirk mentioned something about that he subscribes to something that shows the ESV changes, can you (or he) provide more information on that? What is it exactly, is it worth it, and can others subscribe to this as well? I have been looking for something like this but have not come across it.

      Hm! @kirk-e-miller … any thoughts here?

      A link has been added to the description of the video. You can learn more about the ESV changes in that link.

      Haha! That’d be Kirk (my guest for this interview) who you see in the photo, not Jason.

    At least Kirk knows how to actually pronounce logos.

    • @logosbibletraining
      @logosbibletraining  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s an incredibly debated pronunciation, is it not? I’d ask how you pronounce it but I think I have my answer!

    Casually name dropping NT Wright. Just lost a lot of credibility for himself, I know not all of NTs stuff is wacko... but he's basically trying to undermine the substitutionary atonement and imputation really bad stuff., nah

      The focus is using Logos, so let’s keep it there. :)
