I’m hoping it does since digital zoom seems to degrade very quickly.

You can easily do that by recording your voice separately when it is convenient and then adding it back into the video in post as a separate audio track.

I wish the phone magnetic clip can fit all sizes of phones. I have Pixel 3XL with Otterbox Case. I don't feel comfortable using my phone without the case. DJI needs to make the phone holder (phone clip) open wider to fit all phones with its cases. Do you think the magnetic strong enough for filming action movements?

Question, new to video with 11 pro max. Tried doing a vid with wife on a tripod and every time we moved the tripod the sound traveled thru it and into the phones audio really bad. With a gimble do you get noise from the gimble in the audio? And it looks like this gives room to use external mic....is this possible if i get the right attatchment cord for my rode mic?
Great video, new to the OM4 so far love it. Funny your phones take way better photos and videos then say the Osmo Pocket or Osmo Action or the Insta360 1X or 1R and not to mention the 1" module. You always have your phone so just carrying the gimbal and with the magnetic mount is kind of a no brainer.. So not what to do with all my other cameras.. Still like though the Pocket... Dave..
Can we pause a video while recording? Like my Note9 does. While recording video I can pause and start recording again and the final video will come out as one video.

Get a Bluetooth Rode mic. No need for cables then.

New to video. How does focusing work (eg keep focus on the subject of interest vs bouncing around from one person to another with all those people)?
You can lock the focus by pressing on the screen until the yellow bix comes up with a lock icon.
