The biggest trick for me is being able to "SLEEP" when I "go to be early". 2.5 hours before bed I take a melitonin. 1 hour before a magnesium tablet, and a cup of double strong sleepy time tea. This is so powerful and it changed my life. I get up feeling rested, ready to poll vault into my day.
I wake up at 5 am and make some coffee and after that meditate and hit the gym. After the cold shower in the morning my great day start and I am more productive and positive and happy than I was years ago!
@@PPINTupe I like to do mine in the morning. Especially the Gym. Some times I do my running mid day or in the evenings though just to shake of fatigue if I've been working at the computer etc.
I've heard from others how important the coffee ritual is as well. It induces almost a meditative state and you enjoy the coffee more too. In addition, a pour over is much better than a standard drip coffee maker.
I get up an go for a quick walk. Even if I can only get 10 mins in. This movement can make or break my productivity if I do or miss doing it. During this time I can start to plan out what I need to get done.
Great video and a new take on this. I shall be aware of the need for light. I'm on a mission to become a Morning Person. I expect many people have heard of the book The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I was sceptical about his SAVERS method, silence, affirmations, visualisations, exercise, reading and scribing as a Morning routine but it is indeed powerful. I would recommend this read to you all.
This is a great channel! I have no idea how you don't have more subs! I've watched loads of your videos now and found them all useful, considering how good the audio and visuals are I expected you to have a few hundred subs! Keep it up, you'll get there!!!
The same i love all your videos a'd i will try to wzke up early. I have feeelings to never do anything. Like that i will be able to do something before the kidq wake up ;)
U are really good man!You remind me of FightMediocrity channel which I really enjoyed. You should DEFINITELY keep up the good work and the subs and views will come~~~ GOOD LUCK, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
I've wanted to get my phone out of the bedroom for a couple weeks now. I don't have social media on it, so that's not a problem, but I do use it to time my meditation practice.

Not really it just helps me to sleep better. I have always been kind of a long sleeper though. Like 9 hours is where I feel my very best. Typically now I go to be around 10pm and get up about 6:50am I just have to make sure I take the melitonin at least 2 hours before bed or it will make you groggy in the morning.
I'm not a morning person, but neither am I a night owl. I'm an afternooner. I always feel left out of this whole morning person/night owl discussion. Afternooners get left out!
I can't have coffee or tea.. So I gather I have to find some other way to pass the half asleep time right? But I use the phone only when I cannot wake up..I mean it's so bas that if I put my head down on the pillow after looking at the time, I will fall asleep again, doesn't matter how much sleep I got. It's irritating. So, I use the phone to open my eyes. I only see the news and WhatsApp. But I don't like the habit. I am still looking for other ways to do this. Wish me luck!
I appreciate the insights as I've struggled to get my days started earlier. I do wonder if you are truly a bona fide "night owl" ( a sincere question, not an accusation)? Studies from prestigious universities like Harvard medical and U of Toronto have determined that there is a spectrum for a small minority who have all the processes and hormones in their bodies affecting sleep occur hours (ranging between 2-6 hours) later than the mean average. My question is if you genuinely tested this and determined yourself to be truly a night owl or if simple habit had allowed you to live without early mornings? The implications are far-reaching suggesting anyone with a bit of self-discipline can learn to love mornings... I am sure a healthy dose of discipline will allow anyone to utilise mornings but, like left handedness or blue eyes the natural tendencies will always be there prodding one back. Was this a monumental and continuing struggle or merely just getting over the hump to smooth sailing?
This is a valid question is rarely discussed in these types of videos. Most just say do X, Y, and Z and you will become a morning person. This works for MOST people, but some people truly have a circadian rhythm that says go to bed at 4 or 5 AM. For those people they will always naturally want to fall back into that habit as circadian rhythms tend to be far more rigid than most people think. Most people are only night owls because they choose to stay up late, but the proof is in the fact that they tend to not sleep in late either or that they can easily fall asleep during the night with minimal effort. The advise "goto bed earlier" works for these people. People like me get fucked because I am naturally legit a night owl. I am very happy to wake up at 4 PM if given the choice.

Which sleepy tea do you drink?

Cold showers are beneficial in ways I think few people realize. I still start out on warm and just finish cold but it's very revitalizing.
@@Lumencraft- I live in hot area other wise I would have done the same 😂
Do you recommend working out early morning or late in the evening?

In order to transition from late to early mornings, what worked for me is waking up at the set time, even if I don't feel like I got enough sleep.
Love all your videos...excellent presentation and delivery....thank you

Wise words
I heard this too 2 years ago. I didn’t know it was an actual quote. Thought it was just passed to generations
Benjamin Franklin?
as soon as i wake up i turn on the bedroom light and do push ups , its hard but good
WHAT?!! Doesn't that feel cruel sometimes?
Wake, meditate 20 mins within 5 mins of waking, push ups, kettlebell swings, jumping jacks, cold shower, coffee 🤗

Drinking coffee daily, especially in mornings would fuck me up bad even two days in a row. Different strokes for different people i guess

I go to bed at 5 am lol
you can combine a couple things by taking an early morning walk to coffee or eggs and bacon
But isn't drinking coffee early in the morning unhealthy for body?
You can replace the coffee with tea.
Its early and dark and the alarm says "7" AM LOL! @0:01
5am is dark

On days when I don't drink caffeine I have found that going for a short run gives me a burst of energy in the morning. Not as easy to do though :)
@@Lumencraft- yeah..but i don't live in a locality where going for a run would be good for me... Too much pollution. But thanks for the suggestion.
