Hey Dave. It is 90 days to kick in your rev share plan, not 3 transactions.
Yet you have to have a minimum of 3 transactions for it to kick in. 🤔
No... Where did you get three transactions?
You have to have $5,000 of commissionable income to qualify as an active agent.
Did LPT for 10 months. Attracted about 80 agents with no Rev Share deposits. Broker support was meh! Went back to eXp 5 months ago with just 11 agents who partnered with me. Already paid $1600 in Rev Share and capped.
You didn't give it enough time. We are loving it. Making more here than EXP.
