Hey, Olivera! I hope you are doing good. From the get-go, thanks for sharing your experience with medical suppliments. I am originally from India and based in Berlin presently, and I have been struggling with health issues on and off a lot lately (vegetarian, not vegan yet). I concur with everything you mentioned in the video. For instance, I feel terribly low and fatigued most of the time, my energy level is almost next to none. Following the blood test, my Hausarzt advised me to take B12 tablets twice daily. So you are right there! The frequency and dose of the pills vary from case to case. Vitamin D is a must for most of us. Biotin is great! You can also check the yummy gummies from IvyBear for hair and nails (easily available in DM and Rossmann). They are great in taste!
Hey Disha! I’m so sorry to hear that you haven’t been feeling your best but I’m glad you’ve managed to figure out what’s going on with your body and are able to take the right measures. I suffered from having low iron multiple times (when I wasn’t vegan) and I was always so fatigued and got very sick. However, since going vegan I’ve had no issues as I’m more aware of what I eat now and make sure to have a good balance of everything, as well as, take all the vitamins necessary for me. Honestly, after I started taking higher doses of vitamin c I have never felt better! It’s changed my life.
Love your videos! Also thank you for sharing that you should sip juice over 30 minutes. I normally drink them so fast but now Ill try and drink them mindfully!

I would love trying this pumpkin soup! Not sure about the spaghetti, but the soup looks soooo yummy! I actually make croutons in the oven - it does take more time though. I make them with olive oil and a little bit of шарена сол hahah, you should definitely try! 😊
Thank you for making the video and yes I enjoyed it! I eat also figs I know probably they are not vegan in a way which is processed by the nature therefore there is no exploitation. I will try it out with the Lebkuchen and vanilla drops too, it is really a good inspiration. By the way how you pronounce the german words, its so cute!
