I live near the Withlacoochee in Georgia close to the Florida line. Locals think I'm strange when I'm snorkeling at Nankin shoals during low water but even more so when they see me in a creek.
We've had high water levels on and off since last July so it's been a treat to get back out there this week!
Yesterday I got to hang with my favorite species ,the hogchoker. And there were a lot of bluefin and Seminole killifish snacking on algae ☺️
I love your channel after seeing your Arnold Spring video !

Dude that’s awesome, my impression is that it’s a rare sight to see that river with low water lol. Also that sounds like that would be the northernmost observation of Seminole Killifish ever recorded by a good bit, Brett Albanese (brett.albanese@dnr.ga.gov) would likely be interested in hearing about that if you email him. Glad you enjoy the content!

I really enjoy your microfishing videos, but I think I like the underwater behavior videos even more!

Thanks, the underwater behavior is a different vibe but I like it as well. Still potential to deliver novel and educational information but with easier editing lol
