Can You Beat FireRed With Just A Cloyster?

Rules:
1 - No Items allowed in battle, items outside of battle are ok.
2 - HM slaves are allowed, but I cannot purposefully switch out. If forced out, I must immediately switch back.
3 - Avoid all trainer battles when possible.

Honestly No items min battles is what I expect when someone does a single pokemon challence, so this was nice to see. Poor Cloyster being smacked around by special attackers.
