get moving. not good to sit and get lost in your thoughts. the mind is like a puppy, it will wonder in the past and the future if you let it. stay in the present. pick a direction and move.

Grant! I remembrer the first Time I saw you in Facebook... I said "who is this Guy... I hate him. He's to Pushy..." The fact it is I wasn't ready!! I started to see your videos, read your books, invest in your audios and some programs... and all I can say is "the more I learn from You, the more I really love you!" You changed my vision!! Thank you so much Grant!!!

I'm 17 in the same situation, I've got many viable business ideas, I've got 2 running rn and I'm studying full time but Ive got mixed feelings about university. If I go university I'll be in 45k debt which I will pay off year by year. It's a trade off between pursuing my business ventures and risking on missing on higher education or going to university but then doing those ideas but at a slower pace. I'm so confused and I've got no idea what to do. Is there any advice you could give me ?

You can learn everything you will learn in college on your own if you prioritize self education. Read a book called "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill, and by the end you will have your answer.

Me at 51, welcome to the club sister. And to make matters worse, I lost my job of almost 20 years because of a small group of 20 something guys who just decided they didn't like me.
Then they campaigned to get other employees, that were always nice to me, to not like me.
So they bullied me for about 4 years, then turned me in for things I didn't do... my word against theirs. Then they got what they wanted, me fired.
Lowest point of my life, now leading to the highest. Weird how life works out sometimes.
Just remember this Sister... "Living well is the best revenge.".

When this happens I try and find the easiest or funnest thing I need to get done in my business that day and do it. Usually it gets me back into kill mode because I end up getting busy again and end up with a productive day. Rather then boo hooing all day and staying at home doing nothing. Works for me most of the time. Keep to the grind. Thanks Grant.

Grant I went out for my first day in sales, selling a product that's brand new to an industry and has a clear value. Out of 6 prospects I visited, I managed to close one sale. I came home feeling rough! I started watching your vids and have bought all your books now. These videos are a blessing, you have no clue how much I appreciate this kind of stuff!

Grant, I've been following you on social media for a while now.
I have struggled for the last 7 years of my life. Living paycheck to paycheck. With 2 little mouths to feed, lots of debt, not enough money to pay the bills or rent. We lost our apartment in February 2016. It was the lowest point in my life. To be honest, if it weren't for my kids, I wouldn't be here today.
Your videos have motivated me to get back up and start doing the things I need to do in order to make my life better. I blamed a lot of people for my failures, the toughest part was realizing it was my own doing.
I just started my career in vehicle finance. This is my opportunity to shine and start my own journey to a million dollars.
I just want to thank you for providing inspiration and guidance to help set me up for success. You teachings are invaluable. You're a great man.

Dude, you have no idea how helpful this is. I have had some amazing success in my life, and times where I'm not so successful. Every single time I've been not successful or not known what it is I should do, without question, I'm not moving, I'm not certain about my movements. Action is the only way you can improve you life. Take action, risk failure, maybe even fail but move forward. It's like Einstein said, life is like riding a bike if you're not moving forward you're falling off. Even more words of wisdom from a great man, you deserve every success you have brother, peace!

I was told when I was 5 years by one of my teachers that I would never amount to anything, not even a janitor or even pushing a cart. I have been able to prove them wrong by publishing a book, starting own business and more. Since I have been reading your books and following you (I Just got your booklet and finished it! I have been telling over thousands of people about it since.) I am now aiming to do even more and have been! @GrantCardone you continue to change my life every day! Thank you! I love you Grant. I love your talks to us, the smaller people that have huge issues. Watching this video made me cry. I deal with depression, on medication, dealing with a disease of Multiple Sclerosis and dream of having a better life. A life where I have freedom to do the things I wish I could do. I do have a "job" but can barely make it to work. My mind has taken over I guess. I go to work at least 2 1/2 weeks. The rest of the time, I am too ill to go. Luckily, I have family medical leave where they can't fire me. I have just started 2 eCommerce businesses that I am working on when time and health permits. No sales as of yet but like I said, just started them. Thank you Grant for your inspiring message. I am doing what I can. God Bless You.

Damn G. This is where I'm at right now. I'm pushing toward living with a bigger sense of purpose. My environment seems to keep pulling me into that whole "life's a bitch then you die." I've been over-analyzing and not taking a chance on myself for so long, I don't make a move like I should. I needed this. A great move is better than a bad move, but shit, a bad move beats no move any day of the week, twice on Sundays.

Wow, I've been following you for a short time, Grant and many of your experiences hit right at home... especially this one. It's almost shameful the number of bad decisions I've made, scratching and clawing to grow several businesses only to find myself at the bottom again, then trying to figure out how to put the pieces back together. At 46 with a son who's starting to spread his wings and a daughter starting high school it feels time is running out quickly, but you're straight shooting wisdom keeps me inspired. It's as if I've known you for years and hope to have the privilege of meeting someday. Keep on building my man. Cheers.

Yup, I'm definitely there right now, and have been for a bit, trying to find the "right" career. Definitely a great point on not over-analyzing ("paralysis by analysis"), and taking postive action. Helping others, and getting outside of yourself is definitely a win-win for everyone. I used to label myself, too, and realized that only puts confines on your own true potential. Thanks so much for the video, Grant, at some point in the future I'd like to be that guy willing to write a $1 Million check for charity. Keep up the great work!

Grant, I just wrote LONG comment on your video and since it got deleted while I was posting...I will just say that Grant is right. The whole video. I'm getting my money right and I feel GOOD. Uncertainty is my new driving force after a whole year of family, career, and home situation changing several times. I kept moving! Blessed to overcome, but when uncertainty comes AGAIN I use evidence from my past successes, lessons like Peter walking on water during a storm, and visuals like this video as confirmation. Thanks, Grant!

I love Cardone, he gets it. When you take care of someone else's necesities yours are satisfied as well. This is one of the golden rules to live by. This doesn't mean that you need to sacrifice yourself, but give a kind gesture, a word od advice, a smile, some money, whatever you can. And someone will be there for you when you need someone to lift your spirit. Live in the present and remember that we all are connected.

    Grant,
Thank you for this video!! This made my day & I really appreciate your words of wisdom today! I am 45 yrs old, single mother of 3 teens & recently over come loosing not only my husband to an affair but my home, vehicles, credit, identity & everything in my home due to a fire that consumed our home during my divorce! I swear I thought I was going to end my life when it all hit me, however I took one look at my kids & thought to myself “ how dare you cheat your children out of a mother”, “ how dare you give up on them after you financially failed them”! I am in Sales & have been the last 8 yrs of my life yet, I have been waking up everyday feeling lost & feeling like a total looser until now! Your so right when you say “just do something to get you in the direction you need to be in”! I’m door knocking hard on a Sunday & turning my financial life around starting tomorrow! I just want to thank you for making this video because it truly does inspire others to get up off their lazy asses & do whatever it takes to turn their misery into financial freedom!

Thank you so much for these bits of gold Grant. I am truly appreciative for you saving my future. My past was not filled with puppy dogs and rainbows, there have been many, many, deaths and whole lot of tyranny, but because of your words, on paper, and video I have learned to no longer let it affect me. I just bought the 10x rule book and I am soon to join Cardone University. As a thank you, I have written some words that you inspired below. I may start writing again, I don't know. Please let me know what y'all think.
In dark times, a knight of light can be heard just when your ready to give up. If you stand, and bravely fight through the last few feet of hell, you can gaze apon his light and hear his mighty words.
What you will witness, and hear will change your spirit, your pride, and your will forever. For this light will become so bright and so loud, it will be the beacon that will drive your every being straight forward into a future of gold, prosperity and honor from all. What's beautiful is the fact that if you and that light stay connected, you eventually become one. You eventually become someone else's beacon.
Grant, I know someday because of you, my light will save someone else's life, like you saved myne. For all the good I decide to do in the world. I thank you bro for inspiring me. I love you bro. Have an awsome year!

And what you did was you ask for guidance above and you did the work of finding a solution to your problem, by serendipity, found this video that could change your game.

First of all, i just ordered your book mainly because i like your attitude and your drive to be bigger, better, stronger, faster, lol. Your videos have really inspired me to light the fire. Im already satisfied with my life and i have no regrets, but, i do want a great future for my kids and my community. Im not going to stop until im where i need to be.
That video that you made about not using your potential resonated with me like a cat 5 Hurricane. Thank you!

Every bit of your talk resonated with me... I have to remind myself that it really IS that simple, those three steps. It just doesn't "feel" like it, but I'm learning to say "no" to leading with emotions and say "yes" to action, even when it's tough. I like your version of AI :)
    Thanks for sharing and caring.

Hey man great speech as always...just what I needed today. Helping people is huge..like Tony Robbins says, "the greatest thing you can do with your money that will bring you happiness is to give it away.”
*Service to many leads to greatness* -Jim Rohn
You and Tony should collaborate man!!

completely agree with what grant says here, the moment you decide to make a change in your life, It becomes extremely hard to figure out what your actually doing, Being conditioned by left brain logical society all tested through validations, Is probably the hardest barrier to face.
Untill you become emotionally tuned with your gut, You will always be stuck in "where should i go", I've found moving in the direction your gut tells you to go, Has been one of the scariest things to do, However stepping outside of my comfort zone has also made me a more powerfull version of myself.
Fear is just exactly what it means, FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL, Understanding the way foward, Is a journey and a process, Follow your gut and let the right brain create and sync this with your left brain to take action.
Also, Don't just take action on your external world, It's your inner self you must change first.

    Really inspiring uncle G.
Especially to see how far you have come. I have struggled with loss, an abusive childhood, depression, which led to dependence on weed and alcohol. I'm one month haven't had single hoot of weed nor one drop, but I felt that lost feeling today , just had no idea where to start, tomorrow I'll just get moving

I wanna share with you some gratitude. I really appreciate what you are doing, helping us and me. I started feeling immediately better watching this. I was confused on what to do today, disappointed with my bs partner, who doesn't want to put the work the bs needs and tried to steal money from it. I have to figure out how to get out of this situation. thank you

Love the video Grant. I pray and ask God for guidance, my personal take on it. I love how you said help someone. That's huge, I remember my happiest times was when I talking about God in the slums of Brazil when I was only 13 years old, helping people.

Uncle G, On days like that I sometimes just drop everything and try to do something else completely unrelated....... and I’ll do that for probably 15 minutes and I get that lost feeling again because I know deep down what I’m supposed to be doing, but just can’t . This video will definitely help ---- don’t over analyze, show up & go help somebody .

I had just found you and two hours ago and I want to watch every video of yours. regarding the issue you're talking about, I support everything you said and I love what you said about helping someone, I always does that because I feel like I'm helping myself more. I had invented this game when I was 7 and I still play it when I have negative feelings (I am 28 now), I named it "make them say Hi" it is mostly about acting friendly (not weird) through my body language to drive people say good morning or hi or ask about directions or help and it had worked 90% of the time, if they didn't respond, I greet them with a smile to force them to smile back.

This, and your other videos, are INCREDIBLY helpful, Uncle G. It doesn't matter what walk of life someone is in, whether they are a sales road warrior or a third-grade teacher, you have a vast wealth of knowledge that everyone can learn from and grow with. Thank you for sharing it with the world.
I'm over here in Naples from Ohio right now selling roofs after the hurricane. When I make a trip to Miami, I'll drive by your office to check it out.

I agree with you Grant, when I go out and help someone, I get out of myself and put myself in their shoes and provide them with solutions it makes me realize that I am living with purpose and gives me back energy to go on, I guess I bought on to the Ziglar's saying "“You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” I just need to be reminded to do more of that more often, Thanks the video helped.

this was really helpful i use to over self analysis myself when i was feeling down or feeling lost and that there is something wrong with me, I have just got to use the little victories and take steps forward, and accept it part of life that days i will feel lost, and that there is not something fundamentally wrong with me and not dwell on negative self talk. thank you grant for helping me sort my life out.
