Man, again, movement is good, reaction time is good, the tactical basis is good, but the tiny nuances of checking corners and avoiding extermination zones (uncovered complex open areas and dangerous doors/openings) can be much better (easier said than done, I admit). Check every corner.
Try to play the "Rainbow 6 Siege" mod, it'll triple the amount of hostiles and you'll see how hard it is.

He also do a lot of exploring while alone, which is pretty dangerous.
