The auto tensions isn't new on industrial embroidery machines, some brands are adapting this method on their machines now days. We test this on a x brand and it worked well, but to me the prices this machine go for doesn't really compensate. I still prefer the traditional way with knobs.

The parts convo had me laughing, Im a mechanic at a uniform company have several variations of barudans around 2000 heads total. Remember towards the beginning of the year waiting several months for a touch screen for a 20 head. But worth the wait to back up your brand quality we had a floor manager once buy some cheaper 1 heads and they really do age in dog years compared to barudan machines. Also still have four N series on the floor also things are tanks only boards can bring em down haha
