Smoove, to beat the 1-3-1: feed the post from the corner not from the top. It's the easier angle. Once the ball is in the low post, the zone collapses and the center can rack up assists pretty easy.

Great game Smoove. Shame LD2k went zone. I was expecting a MAN to MAN competitive game. I'm not concerned with Off-Ball D but to Zone, 3/4's of the game. C'mon cuhhhh! You gave him what he asked for. A LOSS. Smoove knows how to beat a 1-3-1 zone so I didn't understand that game plan by LD2K. Its evident in all his videos. Much respect. To really break a zone, I hope he could get a Playbook with a couple zone breaker plays and its a wrap!

I honestly don't have a problem calling smoove the best 2k player I ever seen. If he did half the corrupted cheese 2k has put in the game and exploited the errors that others users do then he will honestly be unbeatable. I give credit to smoove.
Smoove, if you want to beat that 1-3-1, you gotta look for the lobs. Have an athletic center in, and just keep your eyes open for lob opportunities, especially when you swing the ball around the perimeter. Hakeem was open for at least 5 or 6 lobs in that zone. It's quicker than the pass inside, it goes higher in the air and is more difficult to stop. Just some food for thought.
Pure ownage smoove! btw i noticed alot of back door cuts by payton, i think u should look for more backdoor plays when competing against a zone defense.
