    I would have loved a school Sim like bully had. Actually i bought the game hoping for one. I feel like they could have incorporated the house cup into the going to class as well. Where if you passed, you got a point, but if you skipped and got caught, you lost points. They also could have had the skill tree be affected by going to classes where you'd have to pass dark arts 4 to unlock a part of the skill tree.

      That’s a fantastic point! When you see the house point jars, where they tally up the winner, they’re empty and just a decoration in the game. This would have been a great way to reward players. Maybe it takes longer to beat the game, but you win the house cup!

      I can’t express how much this comment means. You’ve absolutely made my day! Awesome that we have the same ideas! I bet there’s a lot more to come! In regards to Hogwarts legacy, I think the ability to attend classes would be such a great feature for immersion!

      Yes! I wanted to go to the classes, learn magic and become a student! I didn’t want to become a Merlin trial master lol I wish they had added this element but alas, they did not :(

    Great video Bully meets Witcher 2. Would be a branching story with the interaction of Bully. Bully also allows you to improve your dilalogue and diffuse situations by passsing english class. Bully 2 could really be Ground breakjng with NPCs.

      Bully is one of the best games I’ve played and it’s crazy how they never made another! It’s so well done with the main quest but then having classes and a daily schedule. And then, like you said, you get rewarded for attending and passing them. English class rewards you with better dialogue, gym with new fight moves. Honestly just so Wel done!

    The most disappointing part of Hogwarts Legacy is lack of actual classes or need for them. Only doing classes when you’re required makes the fact you’re at Hogwarts seem like an aside to a main quest. Also the fact you can move around at night in Legacy without any issues apart from two quests is daft. There’s so much more they could have done with it but they didn’t. I still love the game…but I don’t have high hopes for the sequel. We’ll see what it’s like when it comes out. I’m slightly disenchanted when it comes to some games. I’d rather just play Elder Scrolls Oblivion 😅

    • @AVVGaming1
      @AVVGaming1  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes I totally agree 100%! In my last two videos I had to boot up some Oblivion and it’s still got that magic! I just feel like if they had the Bully open world class structure and day night cycle on top of there other story stuff, they’d have made a fine game! Maybe in the sequel?

      @@AVVGaming1 yeah, I think it’s my favourite because it’s the first one I played. It’s one of my fave games of all time. I like it because it didn’t really need a huge gimmick of dragons 🐉 like Skyrim (though I love Skyrim too!) it has lots of quirky little quests and although it looks a bit dated I still love to play it. Though the doing all the guilds is more fun than the main story in Oblivion. Top five games for me (not all Bethesda) are Oblivion, Dino Crisis, Fallout 3, Skyrim and Dino Crisis 2.

    You are completly right. I just finished the game and I loved the first 50%, liked the next 30% and disliked the last 20% but did it because of my OCD finishing achievements.
    It seemed they didn't know what to do with the world so they just copied Ubisoft's horrible open world formula with collectables and many many camps with enemies.

    • @AVVGaming1
      @AVVGaming1  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I want to do a video about the Ubisoft open world because it has plagued so many video games and I really dislike it. It changed the concept of exploration and made it into a checklist of “to dos” and repetitive task. I also think it did something to players as well as we all seem to have caught OCD from their games. For example, my wife used to play their games and cleared both Origins and Odyssey and now when she plays a game like ff7 rebirth, she has to clear the map. She goes out of her way and can’t progress without cleaning areas because it stresses her out. Did she finish that game? No, she gave up because it ran her down. I honestly really dislike their open world design and it upsets me that other games copy it. It lacks creativity and makes you dread the open world game lol thanks for your comment and I had the exact same experience as you in terms of the % I enjoyed Vs struggled through

    As a game it's a 7/10 at best. Totally over rated. They nailed the atmosphere and the visuals, music, etc. Even the writing was surprisingly good but the open world and game play were severely lacking. The potential was just so unrealized with it. It was a lot better than I expected but really the rating system these days doesn't seem to mean much. I am glad it did well - there was obviously a lot of passion with the development but they could do so much more with this universe, I think.

    • @AVVGaming1
      @AVVGaming1  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes it was a missed opportunity. The school and the town were incredibly designed and I’ll give them that. They couldn’t have designed them any better. But once you left those areas it got very old very quick. It got a lot right but that extra 3 points you’re referring to are vital and it missed those. It just didn’t have any depth. You felt like the only one there. They needed to add more RPG elements, classes daily and more stuff to do in the world. Completely agree with your suggestions

      Yes that would have been so awesome! I think they ask 2 questions and then you can choose anyway if you disagree. Seemed a bit strange. If it had like 10 random questions and then you ended up in a house that would have been so interesting and people would have known what house their personality really matches up to! Completely agree 100%!

    about the classes, the point is, theres nothing to learn, the hp series magic sistem sucks, you wackawanr and say something, and shit happens, if the magic system were a little more thought out, like, lets say, witch hat atelier, this would be doable, multiple classes that is

    • @AVVGaming1
      @AVVGaming1  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes and I felt like it was very boring the way they did it introducing spells. You just had to go do a side quest or main quest and they’d teach it to you, you’d do that little wand mini game thing and it’s done. No way to upgrade each spell or level it up. I think it would have been so cool if you could new learn spells, upgrade them or learn new powerful potions by going to class and investing time. This would make it so rewarding to put the time in with the classes and create a scenario were you have to choose whether to explore that day or go to class to get the pay off later. Great points!
