- The great Django Reinhardt style theme from Super Mario Sunshine "Delfino Plaza" written as a feature for the amazing violinist Todd Reynolds! This is one of my favorite all time themes from a Mario franchise, and an internet favorite of Nintendo Jazz music! Hope you enjoy our take on this truly infectious VGM classic :)

"The 8-Bit Big Band" is a 30-65 member Jazz/pops orchestra that formed to celebrate and realize some of the best themes from video game music from all consoles and eras arranged in a large ensemble Jazz/Pop/Rock setting!
Blending together timeless musical themes from Nintendo, Sega, Playstation, and more then re-arranging them in genres and styles of all musical inspirations, The 8-Bit Big Band has members from all around the world, but most reside primarily in New York City, and are some of the most highly sought after musicians and performers.

Fun fact! You’ve probably heard it quite a bit.
Any time you hear “fiddle” music, that’s just a violin! They’re the same instrument. Violinists/fiddlers are super talented and very entertaining.

This should have 10 million views. I know it must be expensive to have such a large ensemble to record these tracks. And it's a shame vgm is such a niche genre it won't get played in radio waves either. Anyway, hope you are able to continue for years to come, since you already have big fans me included!

I continue to be baffled every time I hear you guys play! The most astonishing thing is not the magnificent playing but the out of this world arrangement of these pieces.
