Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

After this video, I made another batch of pumpkin cookies. I ran out of regular flour, so I substituted it with wheat flour and bread flour. It was amazing! I would highly recommend doing 1/2 wheat with 1/2 all purpose flour. It goes really well with the pumpkin and spices.
