    It's called the Medusa gambit because your opponent always turns to stone for a few seconds after g5

    A friend of mine once resigned after mouseslipping 2...g5. Should I send him this video Mio? Haha!

      Me too, but I am a grob player so I actually consider this as a posible opening based on the similarities

    I love playing a crazy gambit like this vs a 1d4 player. They seem to prefer a closed style of game. Force open some fun lines with the Medusa. 😉

    i never thought this is really an opening. i was going for modern defense and then mouseslipped 😅

    One day I was starting out chess and knowing little, I turned to youtube. First instructional chess video I ever watched happened to be one of your Latvian gambit -videos, looking back it’s not the best thing to learn after just learning how to move the pieces but I still enjoyed it 😂

    Just in case folks were wondering about that last game, black was actually losing until white's last move (bg3??). if white had nullified the pressure against d2 it would've been ok.

    • @MiodragPerunovicOfficial
      @MiodragPerunovicOfficial  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I disagree. I understand if you had said its unclear, but to be lost, not true. I am ready to play 10 games match on 3 minutes from there, to prove you that, adoption should be the case :)

    After Ne4, instead of bh4 or bf4, can white play h4, similar to trompowski?
